HEY GUYS!

THIS IS KINGNIKEN PRESENTING CHAPTER 6 OF POCKET CHANGE.

I'M STILL WORKING ON THESE STORIES AND STUFF, JUST MOVING A BIT SLOWER (FOR NOW).

PLUS I HAD TO CHANGE SO MANY THINGS AND THE DIRECTION IN WHICH I WAS GONNA GO.

HOPE Y'ALL DON'T MIND THE PACE TOO MUCH.

ANYWAYS THANKS AGAIN. THE REVIEWS AND COMMENTS HAVE BEEN HELPFUL AND APPRECIATED.

LET'S GO!

"Go! Go! Let's Go! Ka-Mo-Shida!"

Kawakami's eyes widened as a robed figure flew right over the group's heads and landed in front of the throne. Even though Akira and the others had given her a detailed description of the King's wardrobe, seeing it in person was still quite the experience for the Japanese Language teacher.

"K-Kamoshida?"

The humongous crown that the Persona users had previously struggled in carrying was now morphed into a smaller version of itself as it flew into the Monarch's outstretched hand.

The Shadow chuckled as he lifted the royal jewelry for all to see. He was joined by two females, standing on either side of him.

"I won't be allowing anyone to take this! This proves that I am the King of this castle! It is the core of this world!"

Shiho's entire body shook with rage. She cursed the very fact that she lacked the energy to punish this man.

"You...You are a monster! What sort of twisted diseased desires would drive you to see Ann like this!?"

The former Princess was once again wearing a large silver leash, fresh bruises had joined the company of the older ones.

Panther placed a comforting hand on her best friend's shoulder. The silent gesture conveyed a large fraction of the weight of Ann's love and gratitude towards Shiho. The act had managed to calm the brunette down.

Shadow Ann giggled as she placed her head on Kamoshida's shoulder.

"What are you talking about Shiho? I am totes happy! Our King has graciously forgiven my blunder and has accepted me as one of his concubines! I may not be Princess anymore but like to be honest I wasn't even smart or talented enough to fulfill that role anyways. I'm satisfied with my new job!"

Panther growled.

"I am so gonna kill that thing again!"

Skull observed the other girl standing next to Kamoshida.

He didn't really recognize her but he thought it best to assume that she was a student of Shujin academy, the most obvious clue being the extremely skimpy version of the school's uniform that she was wearing.

"Any idea who she's supposed to be?"

The new Shadow curtsied as she introduced herself. Inadvertently giving the group a peak at her exposed cleavage.

"Kasumi Yoshizawa. I have been chosen to be His Majesty's new Princess. I would say it's a pleasure to meet you all but you have spoiled my coronation with your interruption! How uncouth..."

Kawakami almost exploded.

"Yoshizawa? Wait a minute, that's the new transfer student! Kamoshida! I swear, if you even think of harming another student I'll-"

The King interrupted with a tone that reeked of smugness.

"You'll do what Sadayo? You have some nerve showing up here with these foolish thieves. You pledge your support to me and then stab me in the back?! You don't have the right or authority to demand answers from me in my own castle. Don't you see that even the Principal does my bidding? I could have you 'taken care of' in the blink of an eye if I so wished it. Let me give you one last chance to save yourself before I deal with these criminals once and for all!"

Kawakami stepped forward.

"I'm genuinely ashamed of the fact that I originally agreed to help you bastards. I was frightened and confused but those aren't valid reasons, just poor excuses. I failed as a teacher again and I accept that. I won't be helping you Kamoshida. So you and your 'Executioner' can go rot in hell for all I care."

Kamoshida shook his head.

"How disappointing. I always knew you were a mediocre teacher, Sadayo. I never knew that you were a fool on top of that. Don't worry though, you won't live long enough to regret your choice."

Mona stepped forward.

"We're not going to allow you to continue like this Kamoshida! Hand over the crown!"

Skull joined in.

"Yea you sexually harassing d-bag!"

Kamoshida sighed.

"What a selfish misunderstanding..."

Panther's grip on her whip tightened.

"Misunderstanding?! You were abusing students in secret and pretending to be some kind of great role model!"

Kamoshida chuckled.

"I'm not the only one who kept my activities secret! Parents, students and several others. They willingly protect me so we all may profit."

Skull couldn't believe what he was hearing.

"Profit?"

Kamoshida continued.

"Naive brats like you will never understand this society we live in. There's nothing wrong with someone using their gifts for their gain! That's the only way to get ahead in life! If Shiho had understood that simple truth she wouldn't be in her current situation."

Shiho's eyes widened.

"What...what are you saying?"

"If you had just shut up and given me what I wanted you would be reaping the benefits of being my concubine. But noooo, you decided to fight back and where did that get you? On the verge of expulsion! You should wise up and know your place. But it's not too late for you..."

Kamoshida licked his lips and every woman present shivered in uncontrollable disgust.

"...I could still be swayed to spare you and your friends. You just have to come and give me a taste of that young supple-"

BANG!

"Graghhh!"

A single gunshot pierced Kamoshida's shoulder. His Princess and Concubine gasped in surprise as he fell to one knee.

"Darling!"

"Your Majesty!"

Shiho turned her eyes to the shooter.

Joker's smoking gun was still pointed at the Shadow Monarch. The Metaverse mercenary spoke as the two female Shadows sought to alleviate their King's pain.

"Transform."

Kamoshida grunted in pain.

"What?!"

"I told you before King, I'm not just here to take your crown, I'm here to initiate your suffering...you'll perish if I fight you in that weak ass form so do me a favor and transform already."

"YOU DARE TO-"

BANG! BANG!

Kamoshida's distorted depictions of Ann and Kasumi became ash.

"You're testing my patience. Next bullet's going through your tiny dick. Transform."

Kamoshida growled as his power surged. Crimson goo started to bubble beneath his feet.

The Shadow was expanding and growing larger and larger!

"I hAven'T fORGotTeN aBoUT yOu bRAt! YoU mAY bE a PILlageR bUt I wILl ShoW yOu tHAt I aM mORe tHAn a KiNg! I aM a DeMoN wHo RUleS tHIs WorLD!"

Ryuji shook his head at the sight of the grotesque monstrosity that Kamoshida had become.

"What the hell is that thing?!"

Kamoshida laughed uproariously as he towered over every one present.

"Hahahaha Gyahahaha! Now you little shits will learn the hard way! This is my castle and I'm allowed to do whatever I want!"

Mona pulled out his sword as the gigantic Shadow yelled obscenities at his enemies.

"Everyone ready?"

The curly haired Persona user rolled his shoulders.

"I'm gonna get Kawakami-sensei and Shiho on to that balcony and tell them to keep out of sight. He's huge and has quite the reach, I don't want them to be targeted."

Skull spoke next.

"What's our Battle Strategy?"

"Use any 'buff' and 'de-buff' skills that you have. Hit him when you see an opening...I may need a healer to give me a hand in a few minutes."

Joker handed the Crystal of Lust to Panther.

"Equip this, you'll learn Diarama, an advanced version of Dia."

Panther narrowed her eyes at the group's commander as she accepted the weird skull shaped trinket.

"Why are you gonna need a healer?"

Joker gifted the Thieves with his most pleasant smile.

"You know that nursery rhyme 'This Little Piggy' ?"

Suguru Asmodeus Kamoshida roared with authority as he slapped his riding crop into the ground.

"Go my slaves! Volleyball Assault!"

The tiny creatures chained to Kamoshida's throne jumped in tandem and launched a rapid barrage of volleyballs.

Mona yelped in pain as one of the balls slapped into the left side of his head. A short spell of dizziness rocked the black feline as he summoned Zorro to heal the physical damage.

Skull shouted as he dodged the volleyballs that had been aimed at him.

"Mona, you good?!"

The cat nodded.

"Just a little dizzy! I'm gonna heal, stick with the plan!"

The former track star gave a thumbs up before pulling off his mask.

"Captain Kidd! Tarukaja!"

Panther followed up with a skill of her own.

"Carmen Tarunda!"

Kamoshida snapped at the blonde beauty as he felt his attacking power dwindle.

"You little bitch!"

A thought crossed the Shadow's mind as the Phantom Thieves collectively dodged another Volleyball Assault.

"Wait...aren't one of them missing? Where's the one that wears the white mask!?"

Kamoshida's answer came in the form of a shout from the heavens.

"THIS LITTLE PIGGY WENT TO MARKET!"

The Shadow's eyes widened as Joker launched himself from the balcony, the orange glow of Ryuji's Tarukaja was still quite evident around his frame.

A Persona manifested over Joker's head as he pulled of his mask.

"Zouchoten! GIANT SLICE!"

"GRAGHHHHHH!"

The lanky pink arm that held Kamoshida's riding crop wiggled erratically on the ground as if it had a mind of it's own.

The Phantom Thieves watched silently as the arm offered a few final twitches before disappearing into ash. Skull let out a long sigh as he turned to his teammates.

"Remind me to never piss Joker off."

The curly haired teen landed in front of the group.

"No time for gawking, Stay sharp."

Kamoshida cursed as another hand holding a knife lashed out at the group.

"You'll die for that peasant! Golden Knife!"

The group scattered just in time for Kamoshida's attack to hit the ground. Unfortunately for the King, his white masked opponent was not finished with him yet.

"This Piggy stayed home! Giant Slice!"

"GRAGHHHHHHH"

The arm holding the knife crashed into the ground with a loud thump.

"I'M GONNA KILL YOU!"

Joker's superior speed allowed him to breach Kamoshida's defenses once again.

"No thanks. This little Piggy had roast beef!"

"NOOOOOOOOO GRAAAAAAAAAAAAAWWWWWWGGHHHHHHHHH"

SHATTER!

The third hand that crashed to the ground was holding a glass of wine. The glass broke into several pieces as the red liquid spilled out on to the floor.

Joker landed in a crouch as the Phantom Thieves regrouped. The Metaverse mercenary tilted his head innocently as the heavily injured Shadow Kamoshida groaned audibly.

"You should try to stay still Kamoshida-sensei. That last cut wasn't as clean as the other two. I'd hate for this to hurt more than it already is."

Panther placed a hand on Joker's shoulder.

"Diarama!"

A strong green glow surrounded the male for a few seconds, the black haired male delivered a wink to the blonde beauty.

"Thanks Panther."

Kamoshida growled.

"How dare you mock me! I won't be defeated so easily!"

The monster Shadow stuck his golden fork into his trophy and lifted out one of the feminine forms that were swimming around inside the golden cup.

Kawakami grimaced as she watched the shadow open his gaping maw even wider.

"Don't tell me he's gonna..."

Kamoshida ate the female model with glee.

Even Joker couldn't stop himself from grimacing at the disgusting act.

Skull spoke as he shook his head.

"That is just sick."

Panther frowned.

"Only he would have an ability that disgusting."

Mona blinked.

"No way! Is he...healing?"

It was happening just as Morgana had surmised, Kamoshida's injuries were healing before their very eyes.

POP! POP! POP!

Three brand new arms emerged from the Shadow's body to take the place of the ones that Joker had dismembered.

The Pink Demon laughed heartily.

"That certainly hit the spot! Come at me you pieces of shit! I ain't letting you sleep tonight!"

Joker took a few moments to study the golden cup with his Third Eye.

"The Trophy of Obsession huh? We need to break that thing. It'll be annoying if he keeps healing himself."

Mona nodded.

"Let's go!"

Kamoshida growled threateningly as Joker and the Phantom Thieves charged directly at him.

"I won't allow you cretins to do as you like!"

Joker smirked as he summoned another Persona.

"You don't have a choice in the matter! Leanan Sidhe, Rakunda!"

The Shadow Monarch grunted in surprise as he realized that the spell had not been aimed at him. Wasn't he their only target? What else could they possibly...

"No!"

Mona and Panther combined their attacks as they summoned their respective Personas.

"Zorro, Garu!"

"Carmen, Agi!"

The ferocious combination of wind and flame severely battered the King's trophy and left it cracked and steaming.

Kamoshida screamed furiously as he lashes out at the evasive Thieves.

"Hey! This trophy is important! Don't mess with it, ya got that?!"

Mona smirked as he dodged another volleyball.

"Saying that will only wanna make us attack it again! It's all up to you Skull!"

Skull yanked his mask off as he drew closer to the Trophy. Captain Kidd grabbed the handles of the cognitive cup and grinned.

"Knock it off you punks!"

"Captain Kidd! Headbutt!"

Kamoshida could only watch in horror as the pirate smashed his bony skull into his trophy and broke it into pieces.

"Noooo! This is from when I won the nationals!"

Panther shouted at her team as the King's and focus fell.

"He's distracted! Let's go!"

The Phantom Thieves hit the Monarch with an All-Out Attack that left him with several bruises.

The pain seemed to reawaken Kamoshida's warrior spirit.

"You little... Mishima! Bring me my ball!"

A cognitive Mishima ran into the room with urgency.

"You called me for King Kamoshida?"

"Don't just stand there Shit-For-Brains! Pass me the Ball! I'm going to show them my Legendary Killshot!"

Skull shouted to his teammates as they pulled back.

"That doesn't sound so good. Should we try to stop him or block?"

Mona growled.

"Let's guard for now and then come up with a plan if this continues."

Panther looked to her left for confirmation and blinked a few times when she saw the spot empty.

Where was Joker?

The cognitive Mishima shivered nervously before passing the volleyball into the air.

"Well here goes..."

Kamoshida launched himself upwards with impressive speed.

"Eat this!"

With this attack he would finally put an end to those troublesome thieves once and for...

Joker jumped from his hiding spot on the roof and placed himself in the space between the King and his volleyball.

The Metaverse Mercenary frowned.

"These little piggies all went home...to die. Valkyrie, Deathbound!"

SPLAT!

The entire group shared a collective wince as Kamoshida's grotesque body landed face first on to the castle floor.

Dark crimson ooze leaked out from where Joker had so easily dismembered each and every arm and leg.

The King could no longer attack or move for that matter. Several muffled groans could be heard from his direction as the pink demon struggled to lift his heavy head.

Joker turned to the Phantom Thieves.

"It's over. He can't do his super attack without arms, he doesn't have his little sippy cup either."

Skull was the first to respond. He noticed that the cognitive Mishima had also been destroyed by Joker's attack.

"Dude. What was that?"

Joker pulled out his gun and aimed at the pink demon.

"That was me blowing off some steam. I've had my fun, Kamoshida. Let's end this little game of ours."

"No! I won't allow you to harm His Majesty any further!"

Another Shadow tackled Joker to the ground while knocking his gun out of his hand.

The curly haired Persona user already had his dagger ready to strike at his opponent's jugular but froze.

"Shiho..."

Joker knew that the Shiho on top of him was only a cognitive copy but his hesitation emanated from the scene before him.

A plethora of scars marred the girl's beautiful skin. Her face swollen, an eye was welt shut, the other one bloodshot. Her hair matted with dirt and mud. Bite marks trailer down her thin arms and Tiny streams of blood ran down her thighs. Their point of origin hidden behind the bottom half of her dirty bunny suit.

Is this what would have eventually happened to Shiho if he had never intervened?

"What did that bastard do to you?"

Soon his mind replaced Shiho's broken body with the image of another woman. A woman he had failed to protect.

A woman who was now dead because of him.

Joker's strength and focus slowly faded away...

Kamoshida lifted his head and snarled joyously.

"Good work my beautiful Shiho! I may not have my trophy but I can think of another snack that will definitely sate my hunger!"

The demon's long tongue lashed out like a slimy whip.

It knocked Mona and Skull to the ground before wrapping itself around Panther.

The blonde beauty struggled against her disgustingly tight bonds as Kamoshida started to pull her towards him by retracting his tongue.

His words still came out clearly.

"Bring that sweet little body of yours over here Takamaki! I'm sure you'll be delicious!"

"What?! No! Let go of me!"

The real Shiho jumped out from her hiding spot.

"Ann!"

The beautiful brunette pulled on the little strength she had left as she summoned Apate.

Her golden spear crackled with power. Her Persona whispered to her mind as she prepared to unleash it.

"I learned this technique from Zeus himself, use it well!"

Shiho launched the weapon with a shout.

"Thunder Shot!"

It could have been fatigue or just bad luck but Shiho's attack didn't exactly hit it's intended target.

CLANG CLANG CLA-CLANG

Shiho's spear attack slapped into Kamoshida's crown and managed to dislodge it from the King's head and sent it rolling away.

The Shadow Monarch turned his eye to the source of the attack.

"So that's where you've been hiding? Wait your turn! I'll be eating you next!"

Shiho tried to recall her spear but her body was no longer obeying her commands.

She slumped to ground, unconscious. She had used everything in that last attack.

Kawakami hugged the girl's body in great concern.

"Shiho! Are you okay? Can you hear me?"

Panther screamed as she continued her struggle against Kamoshida's tongue. Her weapons were out of reach and she couldn't feel her connection to Carmen.

Kamoshida opened his gaping maw wide again.

"Come to Papa!"

The blonde beauty cried out as her feet started to slide on the throne room's marble floor.

"Joker! Snap out of it! I need you!"

Joker blinked. He heard her voice again.

"Your gifts are special Akira-kun. You may not know it now...but one day people will need your help. You can't fail them. Heroes never fail those who need their help."

Joker frowned at the cognitive Shiho.

"Forgive me."

With a quick flick of his wrist he decapitated the female Shadow before flipping to his feet.

Kamoshida growled.

"No!"

Joker's Third Eye flashed as he approached Panther. The Shadow's tongue was somehow resistant to slash attacks.

The Metaverse Mercenary placed both hands on the slimy appendage before turning to Panther. His heart sank at the terrified expression etched on the blonde's face.

Her voice came out soft and shaky. She was afraid.

"J-J-Joker...please."

"It's fine. I'm here now. Close your eyes. This is gonna hurt a bit."

The blonde followed Joker's instructions.

Kamoshida pulled his head back to expedite the process of swallowing Ann but Joker's firm grip was holding him in place.

"How strong are you brat?!"

Joker's mask glowed.

"Skadi...Bufudyne."

Panther fell to the floor unconscious as Kamoshida's tongue froze over and then broke off into several pieces.

Joker took a moment to make sure the blonde was okay before turning his attention to Kamoshida.

The Shadow Monarch was screaming in pain. His pink body shivered as his demonic form regressed leaving him in his 'human' form.

His breathing was ragged and exaggerated, his skin, hair and cape soaked with sweat.

Joker picked up his gun.

The King lifted his gaze and spoke.

"Are...are you gonna kill me?"

Joker shook his head.

"Tempting but no. You're not worth the trouble."

The King shakily let out a sigh of relief.

BANG!

Joker shot him in the other shoulder.

The Shadow screamed in pain as he flopped to the ground.

Joker holstered his gun.

"But if you don't answer my questions truthfully, I'll make you wish that I did."

Panther's eyes slowly fluttered as they opened.

The Phantom Thieves and Shiho were all laying down in a small circle. Joker stood over them with arms extended. A dark green aura covered the whole group.

The team remained silent as Joker completed his spell. Mona was the first to comment.

"That's...a really powerful healing spell."

Joker didn't respond to the statement. Skull followed up with a question.

"Oh man, what happened?"

Panther answered.

"Kamoshida used his tongue like a whip to knock you two out. He tried to eat me but Shiho and Joker saved me."

Shiho sighed.

"I actually missed."

Panther smirked.

"You knocked off his crown. I actually felt him grow a lot weaker after that. It bought Joker time to help me. I owe you my life Shiho."

The brunette Persona user blushed and nodded.

Skull frowned.

"He hit me with his tongue? Gross. Wait where is that perverted asshole anyways?"

Kawakami called out from a distance. She was standing next to the throne.

"He's over here..."

The team joined the brown haired teacher standing at Kamoshida's side. The King had been tied to his throne by a rope made from one of the room's curtains.

He looked in fairly good shape all things considered but his facial expression and body posture only relayed a message of anguish and surrender.

Kawakami was the only one who knew that Akira had healed the Monarch before healing everyone else. She doubted they would have liked to see what Kamoshida had looked like after her student was done with him.

Now wasn't the time but she intended to have a conversation about it with him soon.

She wasn't able to hear Akira's softly spoken questions at the time but Kamoshida's painfully shouted answers gave her a bit of a clue.

It seemed like her student was trying to find information on someone in particular. Kamoshida didn't seem to have the right answers.

Joker stepped forward.

"Well? Anything to say Kamoshida?"

The defeated King sniffled.

"I...I understand the weight of my crimes. I have done so much evil that I can barely believe it. Please accept my surrender and take my crown as a sign of your victory. I will return to my real self and will confess everything."

Joker pressed on.

"And the expulsions?"

"I will personally ensure that they don't happen."

Panther clicked her tongue.

"Tch. I suppose this is for the best, a part of me wants to burn you to a crisp but you can't confess your crimes if you're dead."

Shiho punched Kamoshida in the jaw, even Joker was a bit taken back by the girl's action.

"That was for everyone on the volleyball team. Make sure you remember the name and face of everyone you hurt."

Kamoshida nodded.

"I will...I'll go and make everything right..."

The Shadow began to glow.

"I'll atone for my sins."

Shadow Kamoshida disappeared in a flash of light.

Joker spoke up just as the Palace around them began to show signs of crumbling and decay.

"Let's get moving people! This castle is coming down!"

The group had spent the better part of an hour catching their breath and recovering their energy as they sat on the crates in the alley.

The light purple hue of the sky was a telltale sign that they had spent quite some time in Kamoshida's Palace.

The Metaverse Navigator had helpfully informed them that the destination was no longer available which confirmed that their mission was a success.

Akira was the first to stand up.

"We should all go home. You guys should make sure to eat a decent dinner and get some rest."

Shiho posed a question.

"Where did that crown go?"

Akira pulled a gold medal out of his pocket.

"This is it or at least it's form in the real world. This is the source of Kamoshida's distortion."

Kawakami sighed sadly.

"His Olympic medal, huh? Makes sense. His popularity skyrocketed after that. So sad he became like this."

Ann spoke next.

"I have to ask, what do you intend to do from here Sensei?"

"Huh? What do you mean?"

"Well you've seen the Metaverse and what we can do in it. I want to know how you feel about it."

The teacher folded her arms.

"Well I'm not comfortable with you risking your lives like that but I doubt I'd be able to convince you to stop. I don't have any plans to tell anyone, I doubt they'd even believe me anyways. My only request is that you protect each other, stay safe and keep doing your school work. If your grades drop because of your extracurricular activities then I won't be pleased...as a matter of fact some of you could do with raising your grades too."

Ann and Ryuji winced.

Shiho spoke next.

"I...I want to join the Phantom Thieves!"

Ann perched an eyebrow.

"Shiho?"

"If there are more Palaces like Kamoshida's, then we have to do what we can! I promise to get stronger so next time I'll be ready. I promise to keep my grades up too!"

Mona smiled.

"We'd be happy to have you!"

Ryuji gave Shiho a warm smile and a thumbs up.

"Welcome to the team."

Ann sighed.

"To be honest I was hoping you'd not want to join us but I should have known better. I'd rather keep you safe but if this is what you want, I'll welcome you with open arms."

Everyone turned to Akira, the bespectacled male perched an eyebrow.

"What?"

Mona sighed.

"What do you think about Shiho joining?"

"I'm only on the team temporarily, remember? I don't have the right to tell you who to add or remove from the Phantom Thieves."

Ann rolled her eyes.

"We still value your opinion and would like to hear it from time to time."

Akira shrugged before walking out of the alley with the rest of the group in tow.

"If anything happens to Shiho, I'm gonna play 'this little piggy' with you guys instead."

Shiho sighed as she took hold of Akira's hand. The curly haired male blushed at the contact.

"Please don't threaten our teammates like that."

Ryuji whispered to Ann and Morgana as they followed behind.

"I think we should let Shiho be in charge of keeping an eye on the safe rooms."

Kasumi Yoshizawa settled into bed with a sigh of relief. The soon to be concluded day had been quite the hectic one.

From classes filled with boring lectures and nonstop pop quizzes to the time spent in the library completing homework assignments after school.

Kasumi was fortunate enough to not have scheduled training for today but she had still been summoned to the P.E faculty office to have her first 'guidance session' with Kamoshida-sensei.

The man had promised to present her with a foolproof plan for earning Olympic qualification by the time she was in her third year and Kasumi was beyond excited to garner wisdom from someone who had medalled at the height of his respective sport.

But to her surprise and disappointment, the session felt more like a friendly chat than guidance. The volleyball coach seemed to only be interested in Kasumi's personal preferences.

Asking about her favorite colors, movies and snacks. He seemed particularly pleased to find out that she didn't have a boyfriend.

His exact words were:

"Boys will only be a needless distraction at this stage of your life."

Kasumi didn't necessarily agree but she felt it wise to keep her opinion to herself for now.

Kamoshida then offered to become her personal masseuse as he was sure that she was too tense from the combined stress of classes and training.

He seemed rather displeased when she told him that she already had one.

Soon other sly and suggestive remarks left the man's mouth as he mentioned his lofty achievements and connections to the sporting world.

It seemed that he intended to introduce her to some very important people who would make things easier for her.

Kasumi didn't mind getting help and advice but she wanted to qualify and make it to the Olympics on her merit not because of the favours of others.

When she expressed her belief, Kamoshida laughed and told her that she shouldn't be naive.

There was something else bothering her.

It seemed that for all Kamoshida was offering...he wanted something in return.

Kasumi finally built up the courage to ask what that was.

The man presented her with a soft smile and prepared to answer her question but then something inexplicable happened.

In a split second Kamoshida's expression changed. He suddenly seemed nervous and sullen.

The P.E. teacher apologized for his behavior and kindly asked her to leave so he could be alone.

Kasumi acquiesced to her advisor's request and left the room promptly.

She still had no idea what all of that was about but thought it was best not to think about it too much.

As the red haired girl drifted off to sleep, she once again found herself thinking about her elusive curly haired Senpai that she had met on the train.

"I wonder when I'll see him again..."

THAT WAS CHAPTER 6 OF POCKET CHANGE.

I WAS WONDERING IF ANYONE THOUGHT OF WHAT COULD HAVE BEEN HAPPENING IN THE REAL WORLD WHILE THE TEAM FOUGHT KAMOSHIDA.

THANKS AGAIN FOR READING.

PLEASE COMMENT AND REVIEW IF YOU WISH.

THIS WAS YOUR BOY KINGNIKEN.
