As he expected, his relationship with Stella has changed into a strange one. After their conversation a few days ago which ended with him rejecting her feeling, they did their best to be in the same place together as if everything was still normal. But it wasn't, nothing about how they were interacting to each other was normal anymore. By now they were only trying to act like usual for the sake of their friend's groups. Everything has changed, some for the better, other for the worse, and yet he would rather be dead than regretting his decision. He chose to be with Shay, not as a friend but as her boyfriend, he wanted to be there for her, to be the one who will make her happy. And he know how much it would cost him to fulfill that role. But destroying himself for others wasn't really a new thing to him anymore. Though only a fool would say something stupid like that, a fool that was stupidly in love.
But who exactly can stop a fool from falling in love. In the end a fool is a fool nonetheless.
Much to his dismay, Stella's name was still listed in his dating routes. But he already decided to ignore the system and put more attention towards Shay instead. Plus the system has been quiet lately without any new quest being given to him. He can't really say he mind it that much, sure he was worried a bit but most of the time he was busy being with Shay to worry over every little bit of information from the system. And he don't want the system to dictate every little thing that he does either. He don't treat it like some kind of divine gift from a higher being to make the world a better place than just a simple tool to make the girl he loves happy. It was kind of embarassing to say it out loud, but she is the entire world for him.
Though, was it really wrong for him to say something like that. If given a choice he would still choose the girl over the world. If his way of thinking was evil, then let him be the bad guy to the entire world but a good and loving boyfriend for Shay. If the world thought he was evil just because of his love, he would be the villain that they deserves. And then they will see what a horrible mistake they have make, of how far he will go for this love of his.
There is just one question in particular that he still struggled to find an answer for.
But he don't think it will be a problem to him, he know what he wanted. At least he would liked to think so...
...
"Hey, watch where you're going Larry!" Lincoln quickly stepped back when a red haired boy in a similar gym clothes and black sneakers barked in anger.
At the sight of the familiar boy Lincoln rolled his eyes, picked up a red rubber ball rolling on the floor and threw it at Zach, eliminating the glasses boy from the game. He watched in pity as his friend walked defeatedly to the benches before sitting beside Clyde, Rusty, and Stella who were out much earlier in the game also by him.
The frustrated red headed boy beside him was struggling and panting with how he kept being targeted by their opponent, he can't even move properly with how little time he have to react under the constant pressure. "What's the matter with you Girl Jordan, can you please stop attacking me for once!" Chandler growled.
"Then get out of my way already McCann!" A grinning girl with ginger hair tied into a braid said before throwing another barrage of balls at the poor boy barely dodging her assault.
Watching from the sideline, Lincoln threw another ball to the other side of the gym court, hitting Liam who was standing alone at the front of their centipede formation. They should really find a better way to defend themselves if they wanted to win in dodgeball. Seriously, when talking about an unbreakable defense, there is nothing greater than an effective offense. They were lucky to have him be the one getting them out with each of his throws. At least he wasn't as harsh as Girl Jordan, seeing how Chandler was struggling for his life by his side.
Letting out a sigh of resignation, Lincoln pulled Chandler back by his collar and threw a ball at the incoming attack, cancelling the ball in midair as they bounced to opposite direction. Still recovering from the shock, Chandler broke away from his grasp.
"What the heck Larry, you want to get me out or something!?" He yelled.
"If you want to win then just stay behind me and attack when I told you to." Lincoln ordered, giving a ball to the disgruntled boy.
"And why should I listen to you Larry." He growled.
"You don't need to, just make sure you're not in my way or slow me down." Lincoln replied with a serious look plastered on his face.
Chandler went quiet. The red haired boy gritted his teeth before standing behind the white haired boy.
Taking in a deep breath, Lincoln narrowed his eyes at the rest of his opponents still roaming in the court, seizing them for their next moves. Today his class was having a dodgeball match with Clyde's class, putting him against not only his friends but also his girlfriend as Shay sat at the back since he already taken her out as gentle as he could earlier. To be honest, he just wanted to end this as quickly as possible.
He have a date with Shay to look forward to today...
And no amount of dodgeball will ruin his excitement for today. Their first official date as a couple!
Did Lori also felt like this on her first date with Bobby. Wow, he used to tease her so much about this before. He almost can't believe that he was now in the same position Lori once was.
With a smile on his face, Lincoln drew his hand back, stretching the rubber ball in his right hand before shooting it out like a cannon ball right at his target.
Noticing his attack, Jordan quickly dodged away, not noticing the boy standing behind her, feeling the full impact of the ball hitting his stomach, and almost pushing the content of his breakfast out with the strong force. As the ball bounced to the floor so does the boy keeling over in pain.
Dang it, he overdid the throw!
"Someone get him out of here." Mr Bolhoffner, also their coach, told a few students that were sitting at the bench. Nodding at the instruction, Rusty and Clyde assisted their classmate out from the court, also heading to the infirmary for a quick check up for any unwanted concussion.
"I didn't know you've it in you Loud, where have you been this all time?" Jordan smirked.
"Oh you know just playing video games like usual." He replied with a smirk of his own.
"Can we please get this over already." Chandler rolled his eyes in annoyance.
"I will deal with girl Jordan, you handle the rest." Lincoln quickly said as he began gathering the balls on the floor.
"Don't order me around Larry." Chandler said, though Lincoln was too engrossed in his battle against girl Jordan to notice him.
"Sorry girl Jordan but I need this to end quick." Lincoln said, throwing a ball at her as girl Jordan dodged his attack.
"The same to you Loud, you still have a long way to go if you think you can beat me in Dodgeball." Girl Jordan replied, returning his attack with her own, though it did little to bother the white haired boy much to her surprise.
At the bench, Shay watched as Lincoln sprinted from one side of the court to another, dodging and attacking as much as he can against the famous queen of dodgeball. Her mind going to the old memory where she was once also put against her. She can still clearly remember how painful it was to get hit by one of her attack. What if he Lincoln get injured by her shot? What about their date later? She can't have him out on a date if he was hurt, it would not be good for his health.
Swallowing the lump in her throat, Shay stood up from the bench and placed both of her hand around her mouth in a speaker gesture. She inhaled deeply, gathering all the courage she had and let her thought out to her boyfriend.
"D-do your best Lincoln!" Shay cheered him up, startling the few students who were caught off guard by her voice. They has never hear her speak before.
As for Lincoln, his body froze as his heart was rapidly beating against his chest at her voice calling out to his name. Is... Is this heaven?
"What the heck, who is that?" Chandler raised a brow.
"That's my girlfriend." Lincoln said with no hesitation.
[Unique Skill: Domination Acquired]
[Domination Activated]
Gathering all of his strength on the right side of his body, Lincoln drew the ball in his hand as far back as he could, straining his bicep a bit before launching it towards girl Jordan like a missile. It was so fast, almost moving like a blur that she couldn't even get to react before the ball struck her left leg, sweeping her down to fall face first on the floor, shocking everyone in the court.
With a whistle blew from Mr Bolhoffner, the match was finally over with his class getting the victory, him and Chandler being the last students still standing.
"I told you we will win." Lincoln said as Chandler looked away from him in annoyance.
[Chandler McCann has grown more favourable to you]
[Due to his 'Judgement' your reputation will be raised to 82]
[Your quest will be calculated to create new paths for further experience]
Lincoln crossed the court and stood infront the girl still kneeling on the floor. "Nice game girl Jordan." He extended his right hand out towards her.
"Heh, you win this round Loud, don't think I will go easy on you next time." Girl Jordan held his hand as Lincoln simply pulled her back up to her feet much to her surprise. Has he always been this strong?
"Yeah, maybe next time." He simply replied before turning his gaze away, much to her surprise with how little he gave attention to her.
Narrowing her eyes, girl Jordan watched as Lincoln went to the black haired girl standing at the bench, the same one from her class that cheered him on earlier.
"Is that Shay?" She talked to no one in particular, though a red headed boy was close enough to hear her.
"You know her, I heard Larry said something about the girl being his girlfriend." Chandler pointed out.
"Wait! Lincoln is dating Shay!?" She exclaimed, surprising even the red haired boy with her voice.
"I just heard him, I don't know if it was real or not." Chandler added. "And why are you so put out by this anyway?"
"It's none of your business McCann." Girl Jordan glared at him.
With a sigh, Chandler shook his head before walking away from the girl. "Just don't do anything stupid girl Jordan." He waved her off.
"That's rich coming from you Chandler." Girl Jordan crossed her arms in defiance but it didn't have any effect on the red haired boy already walking away from her. But it was different, sh don't care if Chandler treated her like this, in fact she would prefer the boy to stay away from him, but she can't say the same about Lincoln, about the boy she had learned to know ever since they got into the elementary school together.
"Alright everyone you already know the drill, the winner get to go out for lunch early, the loser clean up the mess." Mr Bolhoffner said as a few students from the losing class let out a groan.
Getting the permission to leave, the winning class cheerfully filed out from the gymnasium, getting into the locker rooms to change into their usual clothes. Instead of following them, Lincoln helped Shay to collect the balls, holding them up for her while they chat and walk around in the court. Neither of them are aware of the weird look girl Jordan was giving them.
"So I will pick you up later." Lincoln said, placing all the balls into the net in the storage room of the gymnasium. Shay nodded at him as she followed closely from behind.
"I don't mind if you want to come sooner." She shrugged.
"Really now, and why is that if I may ask?" Lincoln teasingly asked, cupping her reddening cheek in his palm.
Her light blue eyes staring at his lips in anticipation. Shay leaned closer against his body, clutching his collar in her hands, and stood on the tip of her toes, trying her best to claim what was truly hers.
Only to squeak at the interruption coming from the sound of the door being slammed shut. She didn't even realized when Lincoln was securely wrapping his arms around her figure in protection. His eyes narrowed into a sharp glare before easing down at the source of the disturbance.
"Girl Jordan?" Lincoln curiously said, almost like a question to himself with how unexpected it was.
"So it is true that you are dating Shay." Girl Jordan speculated.
"Yeah, it's kind of obvious don't you think?" He shrugged.
"No... No it wasn't..." She replied confusing him even more.
"Is there any reason why you're suddenly asking and telling me this?" Lincoln asked, tightening his embrace around his girlfriend.
"It's nothing Lincoln, jeez you worry too much, I'm just curious." She replied. "'I'm just making sure I heard Chandler's right."
"Wait, you heard this from Cha..." Lincoln paused when the memory caught up to him. "Right, I did somewhat tell him about it earlier." He blamed it on the heat of the moment. Curse himself and his mouth for not knowing when to shut up. He wouldn't be surprised if it would be the reason of his death one of these days.
"Well, good luck with whatever you're trying to do." Girl Jordan turned around and pushed the door only to raise a brow when it won't open. She tried again, putting more effort into her push only to receive the same result from the before, the door just won't budge no matter what she does.
"Hey, this isn't funny, open this door already!" Jordan shouted, slamming her fist against the door.
Lincoln lowered his gaze when he felt Shay slightly shaking in his embrace. Her eyes squeezed shut as her hands covering both of her ears at the loud banging. Noticing her distress, he gently patted her head and lifted his gaze to glare at the frustrated girl still struggling with the door.
"Quit it Jordan." He seriously said as girl Jordan instantly stopped with a shiver running down her spine before turning to look at him. "Banging on that door won't make anything better."
"And what do you suggest we do smarty-pants?" Girl Jordan folded her arms in annoyance.
"Not panicking would be a good start." He answered, looking back at the top of black hair in his embrace before whispering soothing words to comfort her.
"You're not helping Loud, our first priority should be making as much noise to get someone attention if we're 'lucky'." She said with an eye roll. He don't know what but there was something about her way of phrasing her words that he don't feel comfortable with. Ever since she got in here, he was having this weird feeling of lingering tension in the air, almost suffocating him in a horrible way with how thick it was.
"Gah, we're stuck here!" Girl Jordan roughly stomped on the door.
"You do know they will take that as vandalism for destroying public property right?" He said.
"That's better than getting stuck in here Loud." She hit the door again with her shoulder only to no avail as girl Jordan rubbed her sore limb with a wince.
"I should've known something like this would happen." Girl Jordan blurted out in a low voice, but it was clear enough to the white haired boy still trying to comfort the black haired girl, refusing to let him go.
W-what is happening here? Why won't Shay look at him? Why is his heart hurting so much right now?
"And what's that supposed to mean Jordan?" Lincoln scowled, baring his teeth.
"Oh please Lincoln, don't say you don't know about her bad luck." Jordan annoyedly said.
His body froze as the hair at the back of his neck stood up straight. His scowl deepened and his glare grew sharper with the girl shifting in his arms, seeking desperately for his comfort.
"I didn't take you for someone who believe in something like luck." Lincoln said with a sneer.
"Then, do you really think this all happened on coincidence, I might be and optimist but I'm not an idiot not to see the pattern." Girl Jordan shrugged with a smug smirk still not noticing the hidden monster she was provoking.
"You sure know a lot about this Jordan." Lincoln said, his fake normal voice slightly breaking apart from the true nature of his being, the raging emotions clawing against his skin, begging to be let out from their cage which is this facade he was putting up.
"Well, I can't say this is the first time something like this has happened..." Girl Jordan pointed out. "...Right Shyclops."
[Your 'Pride' is calling for you]
[Terror Activated]
"Shut your mouth JORDAN." Lincoln sternly said as girl Jordan shivered at the cold glare he was sending her way. She couldn't help but feel like she was standing on the edge of a cliff with nothing but darkness looming underneath.
"I-I'm just saying Lincoln... You don't need to take it seriously." Girl Jordan stuttered, slowly stepping back before leaning against the wall, far away from the shadow spreading out from the white haired boy.
"And what do you have anything to do with this Rosato, I don't remember asking for your opinion." Lincoln seriously said. "I never said anything about being trapped here as bad luck..." He slowly and carefully backed away from Shay, startling the girl as she lifted her head to look at him, hoping his comforting warmth would returned back to her.
"In fact I'm lucky to be trapped here with Shay." Lincoln gently lifted her chin between his thumb and forefinger.
"L-Lincoln..." Shay said as her boyfriend's blue eyes met hers, in them she saw nothing but his pure devotion and love for her. The anger of his love being tested by someone who don't even deserve his thought of day.
It was his frustration, it was his guilt, it was his wrath. And she accepted all of them, she accepted all the good and bad about him, his emotion was one born from hers. His anger to her distress, his fear to her cries, his guilt over her suffering. They have long since accepted each other.
If felt so wrong to want something like this, and yet refusing his showcase of love will only hurt both of them.
Shay lifted her hands and cupped both of his cheeks, caressing his face in her palms while her eyes counting the freckles dotting his features. A small smile plastered on her face when he leaned his face deeper into her touch.
"Do it Lincoln." She simply said, a faint tinge of red painted her own cheeks.
With her permission, Lincoln slightly tilted his head to the side and leaned closer before gently pressing his lips against hers, eliciting a squeal from the black haired girl closing her eyes.
Lincoln pressed his right hand against her chest, squeezing her already sensitive breast beneath her blue blouse. Shay moaned into his mouth and Lincoln wasted no time to deepen their kiss, pushing his tounge into her slightly parted teeth as if already waiting for him to take her.
Shay wrapped her arms around his neck, chasing for more of his taste to fill this desperation in her heart, this heartache begging for his warmth, for this pleasure only he can provide.
Lincoln trailed his hands behind her back, picturing the shape of her naked body before resting firmly under her plump rear, gaining a moan from the aroused girl when he squeezed them in his strong palms.
Seeing that Shay was struggling to keep up with him, Lincoln slowly pulled away from the kiss. Their wet lips slowly separating with a silvery string of their mixed saliva sticking between their toungues, hanging for a bit before breaking apart in the middle.
But he was still thirsty...
His heart, soul, and body was asking for more of her...
For more of this intoxicating taste and smell of hers he was addicted to.
[Unique Skill: Dew of Desire Acquired]
[Dew of Desire Activated]
With desire in his blurry and hazy eyes, Lincoln slowly got closer to her face, instead of kissing her again, he licked the saliva from her pillowy lips, startling her a bit at the feeling of his soft toungue on her face. Though she make no attempt to move away, her flushed face heated up in arousal, her heart skipped a beat faster, her body squirmed at the strange yet delightful sensation, and her thighs squeezed together at the burning core in her neither region already soaking her pink panties.
It was new and unexpected...
It was amazing...
She kept finding more and more new thing about herself with him. But this feeling was born from their desire for each other. The true feeling they had developed around their relationship, making it stronger with their unbreakable trust for this love they hold dear.
This horrible love of theirs is a cardinal sin to the entire world. To choose love over everything else was just wrong, it was selfish, it was disgusting. A taboo to put a love one higher than a god. But human has nothing but their love. If the god will send him to hell for choosing his love for the girl over them, then they are not his god. They don't have the right to take his choice to love after creating him to do nothing but loving their creation.
They may created this world, but she was the one making it worth living in.
And he already know how cruel this world of theirs can be.
Waking up from his stupor, Lincoln backed away from his panting girlfriend, her face a darker shade of red as she bit her bottom lips in frustration. Her brows knitted when she realized he was no longer on her face.
"S-sorry Shay, I kind of went a bit too far." He apologized, embarrassedly rubbing the back of his neck. Saying it was a bit would be an understatement.
"Y-you know I don't mind it Lincoln." She lowered her gaze, ashamed at her own growing arousal from his stimulating assault on her body. Though, it was still frustrating that they didn't get to finish.
They were too caught up basking in each other warmth that they almost forgotten about the girl watching them from the wall, now sitting on the floor while tightly clutching her legs together.
[Jordan Rosato's Route Unlocked]
"Y-you're not supposed to be doing this..." She started shaking her head in shock and disbelief. "T-this is wrong, it wasn't supposed to be like this, just how..." She was abruptly halted when the door finally opened beside her.
"Larry is that you? What the heck are you still doing here, lunch is over already." Chandler said, barely dodging girl Jordan shoving her way past him at the door.
"Is that Girl Jordan?" He lifted a brow at the weird sight as the girl sprinted to the exit. "Seriously, what is happening here."
"You wouldn't want to know Chandler." Lincoln said as he assisted Shay to her feet, making sure she was fine enough to walk by herself, lest he need to carry her to the infirmary as quick as possible.
"You know what Larry, for once you're right, I don't want to have anything to do with this." Chandler folded his arms. "Just hurry up already, Bolhoffner asked me to look for you since you're not in class yet after lunch is over."
"Huh, I'm surprised you're the one coming to look for me Chandler." Lincoln smirked.
"Don't get ahead of yourself Larry, I'm not doing this because I wanted to, plus Bolhoffner has been on my neck a lot lately. I don't want to piss him off." Chandler said with narrowed eyes.
"How do you even know to look for me here?" Lincoln asked, mostly to distract the boy while he wiped the stray lock of black hair from covering Shay's blushing face.
"I've a feeling, plus you're stuck to your girlfriend like glue since the match ended also helping her to clean everything up here." He shrugged. "I also know the lock on this door wasn't in good condition anymore since I plan to use it to trap you in there as a prank. I never thought you would get yourself stuck in there without me doing anything." He added.
"I guess I would expect that from you Chandler." Lincoln shook his head in defeat.
"Don't be too surprised Larry, after all I'm not a teacher's pet like you." Chandler smugly said.
Though Lincoln gave little to no attention to him anymore with how pointless it was. The red headed boy was mostly talking to himself since Lincoln has long since been talking with Shay as they started heading to the exit.
"I'll see you for our date later Shay..." Lincoln said while fixing his messy white hair.
"Then I'll be waiting for you like usual Lincoln." Shay replied with a small smile on her flustered face, still thinking of what they did earlier.
"Hey, don't ignore me Larry!" Chandler yelled.
...
Standing at the front porch of his girlfriend's house, Lincoln rapped his knuckles against the door a few times, waiting patiently for the person on the other side. Though his smile slowly turning into a thin line when the door barely opened with Shay peeking out to look at him. His confused face quickly turned into one of worry.
"Is something wrong Shay?" He asked.
"Um... S-sorry Lincoln, but I don't think we can continue with our date today." She replied, averting her eyes away from looking at his concerned face.
"Can I know why?" He inquired, careful not to push her for the answer unless she really wanted to tell him.
Shay looked at him, then to the floor for a moment in thought, and lifted her gaze up back to him before slightly retreating back into the other side of the door.
"I-I'm having it today..." She whispered, her small voice meek and nervous.
"Huh?" Lincoln raised a brow further in confusion. What does she meant by that. What was she having that she won't be able to go out for their date.
"Are you sick?" He obliviously asked. "Was it a cold or a fever? Do you need me to get some medicine for you?" He worriedly added.
"N-no! Lincoln... I-it wasn't any of that." Shay stuttered, her face growing more red the longer their conversation went.
"Then what is it?" Lincoln confusedly asked, getting more worried with no certain answer from his girlfriend. He was even starting to consider if he did anything wrong that might of offended her, but there was none.
"I-it's my time of the month." Shay embarrassedly said, lowering her face to hide herself away from him.
Oh...
Ohhh...
So that's what she meant...
Wow, for someone with ten sisters, he sure is dense as a brick sometimes.
They do learned about bodily functions before in one of their classes, though he can't really say that he exactly understand them much other than how they works and their purposes. He do know why unlike boys, girls will start having their period at a certain age, signalling a step towards maturity for their bodies. He just don't know how to properly deal with the situation since his knowledge of the subject was only limited to school and the precise yet nauseating explanation Lisa once gave to him.
"I... I think it's about time you come to my house." Lincoln said, already looking through his contact for the person he was looking for.
Shay squeaked at the scary thought popping into her mind before retreating further into her house, which he couldn't help but find to be really cute.
"Come on Shay, it isn't that bad..." Lincoln brought his phone close to his ear, waiting for his call to be answered.
"At least I think so..." He added in a low voice.
There is only one person he know that would be a great help in this situation.
...
"You want me to what!?" Came the shriek voice of his elder sister now pacing anxiously back and forth in her room.
"Come on Leni, you're the only one I know who can help me with this." Lincoln pleaded.
"Like what about Luna, or Luan, they totes are better for this than me." Leni reasoned with a frown. "Don't you remember how much the others used to tease me before for freaking out everytime I got bloodstain on my dress." She choked out.
"And that's why I want you to do this Leni." Lincoln sighed. "You of all people will understand why this is important for her since you don't want what happened to you also happened to other people." He said as Leni went quiet for a moment.
"But Linky... I-I don't think she will be comfortable talking about something important like this with me. Like we don't even know each other, what if your friend get mad at me for making everything worse for her?" Leni worriedly asked.
"She's not that kind of person Leni, and she's not only my friend either, She's my girlfriend." Lincoln said, shocking his elder sister with the revelation.
"You have a girlfriend?" Leni asked still recovering from the information.
"Yeah, we've been dating for awhile n-" He didn't even get to finish his sentence when Leni took hold of his shoulders and started violently shaking him, almost costing him his lunch that morning.
"Linky! Why didn't you tell me you have a girlfriend! This it totes superb, like did the others already know about this?" She asked, a bright smile of excitement plastered on her face.
"N-no Leni, I'm pretty sure you're the only one in this house that know about this," Lincoln said after she was done shaking the life out of him.
"Wait, the others still didn't know about this?" Leni raised a brow. "Why didn't you tell them Linky? They would totes be happy to hear you've got yourself a girlfriend now." She released him from her tight grasp as Lincoln shook his head to reduce the headache from her unintentional assault.
"Because I wanted you to know her first Leni, she don't exactly like being surrounded by people so I thought this would be a good opportunity for her to know all of our sisters, starting from you." He calmly explained.
"And I trust you Leni, I know you will be a good guide for her just like how you've been a good sister to all of us, to me." Lincoln rubbed the back of his neck.
"I know I'm asking a lot from you, but I really mean it when I said you're the only person I trusted enough to help her with this." He honestly added.
"I'm going to do it." Leni confidently said, startling him a bit with the resolve in her voice. "But I totes want to hear everything from you when this is over, like ever details of it, I want to know all of them." She poked her index finger against his chest, her green eyes sparkled with curiosity.
"Well, I guess I owe you that much." Lincoln chuckled. "Thanks Leni... For doing this." He hugged his sister, startling her a little with the gesture. She was usually the one giving out hug to others, though she can say for sure the hug from her brother was definitely the greatest.
[1 Leni's Point]
"Like it's totes fine Linky, really," She softly replied while returning his hug, basking a bit longer in his soft and comfortable embrace than usual.
She is totes happy for him
...
And thus begun the awaited moment of meeting between Shay and one of her boyfriend's sister. Needless to say, the shy girl was a nervous wreck while being in the same room as the older blonde girl. Neither of them said anything even after Lincoln introduced them to each other and leaving the room so they can get more comfortable. If anything, his absence probably make it more awkward between them with no one to act as a pillar they can lean against. They are both left with nothing but their true selves, the most vulnerable part of themselves being shown to each other. An older sister and a girlfriend.
As for the white haired boy, Lincoln go to the kitchen, opened the fridge and pulled out a bottle of cold water before drinking it down until his thirst was completely gone. Unlike his calm expression, his heart was beating like crazy in anticipation. He would have preferred to stay in Leni's room with them but then it would of defeat the entire purpose of making them closer without his involvement. Plus with the topic they were going to talk about. Sure he had already heard it a lot from mom and his sisters before during one of their talks, but he would want the best for Shay, and he wasn't kidding when he said Leni was the perfect person to deal with this sort of stuff. He trusted her, he believed with his whole heart that Leni was the right person for this.
Sighing, Lincoln frustratedly ran his right hand through his white hair. Of course he was nervous, his girlfriend is meeting his sister for the first time, even if Leni was the most tame one among the bunch. Seriously, he need a break...
Returning the bottle back into the fridge, Lincoln went to the living room and slumped down on the couch beside Lisa who was reading a book.
"Hey Lisa... How is school?" He bluntly let out as if that was the most normal thing he would say to her.
"I appreciate your attempt at small talk elder brother, but I can clearly see the exhaustion in your body movement." Lisa simply noted. "It would be better for you to get some rest for the moment."
"It was that obvious huh?" He chuckled, staring at the book his younger sister was reading. He should really borrow one of her book nowadays, considering how little he know about the scientific stuff she was interested in. He might even be able to help her out so she won't work herself to sleep anymore just to finish her experiment. And he can probably even protect her if anything bad ever happened during her experiment, like an explosion or something like that.
But he can do that later, right now with Shay having a conversation with Leni in his sister's room, he just want to rest his body for a moment.
Lincoln reached his right hand out and tapped the back of her hand as Lisa looked at him in confusion before her eyes widened slightly at the realization.
She lowered her head, slowly crawled over towards him and sat on his lap before her brother gently wrapped his arms around her waist, hugging her back closer into his chest.
"Thanks Lisa, I really needed this." Lincoln said with a fond smile, burying his nose into her unkempt brown hair. And he was not lying either, just being in her warm presence like this was enough to rest his tired body from all the strain he had put himself through.
[1 Vitality]
[1 Lisa's Point]
She felt like a soft and warm teddy bear... A fluffy one too...
Lisa squeaked when Lincoln ruffled his face into her brown hair, making it more messy before letting out a small chuckle.
"Jeez Lisa, why is your hair so fun to play with." He said in amusement, only frustrating the little girl even more.
"Would you please stop messing with my hair." Lisa said with a pout, still avoiding from looking directly at her brother, lest he would see the faint tinge of blush creeping across her cheeks.
"Your hair is always messy Lisa..." He poked her cheek with his index finger, irritating the girl with his teasing before resting his chin over the top of her head.
"Though I can't say that I don't like it." He sincerely added as Lisa froze under him, her face heated up slightly as she rubbed her legs together at the weird reaction her small body was experiencing.
"I guess your messy hair is already a part of you that I don't think I can see you without it." He chuckled. "But I do wonder sometimes how you would look like with your hair brushed." His voice was getting lower and blurrier as he spoke, making it harder for her to understand his incoherent sentence.
"I'm sure Shay would like meeting you." Lincoln smiled.
"Is... Is that the name of the female specimen you brought along with you?" She hesitantly asked getting a weak yet genuine laugh from her brother.
"You can just call her Shay Lisa, she's my girlfriend." He replied, not noticing the slight change in her face, getting a bit downcast from his statement.
"Your girlfriend?" She repeated as if in disbelief, but she already heard him clear enough.
"Yeah, we've been dating as a couple for quite awhile now, and we're even supposed to have our first date today, but something happened as usual, you can't always get what you want am I right?" He asked to no one in particular. It was mostly to put his frustration into words since he had already planned a lot for their date today. But her health and safety will always be his main priority.
"I know this question might be a bit personal, but if you don't mind me asking, did you engaged in a sexual intercourse with her?" Lisa asked, though somehow she felt like she already know the answer with how much she know her brother.
It was quiet for a moment as Lisa almost thought he had fallen asleep, only to have her assumption proven wrong when he speak again.
"Yes, I already had sex with her." Lincoln honestly replied. "I know we're both still too young to do something like this, but it just felt really right for me to hold her at that time, to make sure I will always be there for her. We both know what we're doing and I can't say I will ever regret having her as my first time." He stated before letting out a humorless chuckle.
"I don't even know why I'm telling all of this to you Lisa. You're way too young to know about something this mature and yet I'm pretty sure you will easily know if I'm lying to you." He gently patted her head.
"After all you've always been smarter than all of us." Lincoln whispered.
"Have you consider that all of you might just be less in intellectual department than me." She monotonely said.
"Heh, you're the worst Lisa..." He jokingly said with a yawn, slowly closing his eyes. "Please wake me up when Shay get down." He requested before finally drifting to sleep
"You are the worst one... Lincoln." Lisa muttered to herself, letting his warmth enveloped her small figure.
At least it was enough to drown this weird feeling of uneasy lingering in her aching and nauseous chest.
It would suffice... For now...
...
A/N: Sup, it's me again...
Haziq: He wasn't shocked at the probability of other girls getting into his harem, he was shocked that it was Stella since she and him both know, how that will affect their group's dynamic.
JRC1700: Master of none is a passive type skill. Unlike an advantage, it is more of a level scale of new normal skills he can learn.
Guest: He won't get any taller for now, he is already taller than Lynn, I don't want him to grow up so fast, at least not for now.
Ginta: Dude, I hope you enjoy the sibling fluff, cause that's all you're going to get.
Aegis999: They don't, they just bought whatever game that sound similar to what he told them.
Lerans: Nice to see you too dude, really, I need to keep up with what the youngling is up to these days.
Guest: Don't worry, I don't think I will be retiring anytime soon, at least not now.
Kitehaseo: still working on em, it would be a shame to let them rot like many other stories here. I'm just lazy and a procrastinater.
And as always, I only do what I think would be fun, stuff where I can read and smiled at how cringy and weird it was.
