UA's Saiyan Heroes

"Hold up, now I don't understand." Rock Lock said. "How exactly is Eri relevant to them now? Without the Rewind Quirk, Chisaki had no real reason to kidnap her."

"Because he didn't know, her Quirk was switched out. He had no idea, someone with my sister's power, exists." Kaen stated. "The day I tried to convince Fujio to switch sides, I got an E-Mail from Overhaul, saying he'd return Eri for the Rewind Quirk."

"Then I don't see how you haven't gotten her back already." Amajiki said.

"It's not that simple Tamaki." Togata said. "Think of what would happen, should the Hassaikai get their hands on that power."

"He's right. If Kaen had returned to Chisaki the Rewind Quirk, then there's no telling which poor soul he'd use, not to mention the adverse effects of the drug is creates, leading to his ultimate end goal." Torino stated.

"Wait up a second." Mr. Brave said, looking towards Kaen. "Fatgum's sidekick mentioned how you, specifically you, hadn't gotten Eri back yet. What did he mean by that?"

"Eri… is my daughter." Kaen said.

"Kid, that better be a joke, because I'm not laughing." Rock Lock said.

"Please enlighten us on what you mean Kaen." Ryukyu said.

"After I rescued her from Overhaul, twice in one day, Eri refused to leave my side." Kaen stated. "She was adamant about sticking with me, even after Athena had switched out her Quirk. To be honest though, I wasn't exactly telling the whole truth about her new Quirk. I did hide one thing about it."

"An' that was?" Mr. Brave asked, with a questioning glare.

"Eri's new Quirk, is combined of three." Kaen began. "White Tiger, Wrath and my Quirk Saiyan's Wrath. A power stockpiling Quirk, that if trained properly could rival, or even surpass that of All Might's strength. The older Eri gets, the stronger this Quirk becomes, and the stronger it makes the effects of her White Wrath Quirk in turn."

"Meaning, as her body develops, it also develops in such a way that will allow for her to withstand the strength and not suffer from any negative backlash, right?" Fatgum asked. "I'm sorry Kaen, I can't possibly imagine what you're going through."

"I have a vague idea." Rock Lock said. "I got a son, not even six months old yet. So I get it, you wanna protect your daughter. That's why you've been so on edge this entire time."

"Pretty much." Kaen said.

"Back to the case at hand." Ryukyu said. "The effect that took away Amajiki's Quirk, came from a person, A.K.A Eri's original Quirk."

"I'm not connecting the dots here." The masked hero said. "How is all the other stuff related to the Hassaikai?"

"The man who shot Tamaki, used an illegal drug to enhance his Quirk during his fight with Kirishima, while also turning him into something more monstrous, making him look something akin to a Brucha from Irish mythology, and leaving a nasty looking scar on Kirishima's chest, even in his hardened state." Fatgum said. "We analyzed what remained in the container, to see what kind of drug could do something like that, and we found it had DNA, the doctors had only seen in three other beings. An' two of them are sitting in this room, right at this broken table."

"Wait, are you telling me, the drug has Saiyan DNA in it?" Kaen asked.

"That's what it looks like." Fatgum said.

"See, he is working with the enemy. This monkey is nothing more then a…" Mr. Brave stopped, as he had a piece of duct tape strapped to his mouth, with it glowing red momentarily.

"Dead Bolt." Rock Lock said, causing Mr. Brave to stomp angrily at his actions. "That otta shut you up for the rest of the meeting."

"How would he get his hands on Saiyan DNA?" Izumi asked.

"We don't know. Unless there's more then Akuma on the Villains side, we're not all too sure." Fatgum said. "The Black Market Distribution Network, is the same as the Drug Dealers Distribution Network. It's highly complex, and hard to actually keep a close eye on. Although things have shrunk since the old days, drugs and any sort of black market goods, still pass through various people and organizations, before they finally reach the end user. There's no concrete evidence the Hassaikai handled the drug that changed the villain Kirishima fought, but we do know given how he had the Quirk erasing bullet, the Hassaikai interacted with one of the middle groups responsible for moving it."

"That's all?" The masked hero asked. "The other day, Ryukyu's team broke up a sight between two Villain Groups. One of those groups was controlled by an intermediate organization Fatgum just mentioned."

"One of the two giants, had been given an inferior drug that didn't last long, but reports did say he looked more monstrous then beastly." Ryukyu explained.

"There have been a rash of gang-related crimes recently, and most could be connected to the Hassaikai if you tried hard enough." Kesagiri Man said.

"Which is what it seems like you're both doing." The masked hero said, looking to Nighteye and Kaen. "Trying to make them look guilty."

"Hey, Kaen actually traded blows with those guys. So he's not trying to prove anything that isn't true." Kirishima stated.

"All I'm asking, is if they have anything that implicates them more clearly." The masked hero said, before the photo of the incident, was replaced with a side view photo of Chisaki.

"Their young head, Kai Chisaki, Quirk: Overhaul. With this power, he can disassemble things, and then reassemble them." Nighteye stated. "A Quirk that allows him to completely break down matter, and a bullet that can break down Quirks."

"When Izumi and Togata found Eri, she had bandages wrapped around her arms and legs again. I know her cells aren't being harvested for Rewind, since she no longer has it. But she's still being tormented somehow." Kaen said.

"Could he really do something so horrific?" Ryukyu asked.

"Unfortunately yes." Torino said. "In a world of Super Humans, if you can dream it, you can do it."

"To be clear, we aren't certain he's actually selling the bullets. At this point their efficacy appears to be questionable." Nighteye said. "An' given how it's been months since he's been able to make an attempt attempt at making more, we believe it's possible that they're still in the testing phase, and he's giving them out as samples to rally more people to his cause. We have no hard evidence, and Kaen's words are circumstantial at best. However, we do know he's gathering allies and funds from across the nation. If the completed drug, allows him to annihilate someone's Quirk entirely, imagine the devastation he could cause."

"Just talking about it's enough to make my blood boil. Let's go get this monster!" Fatgum said.

"Would have saved us a lot of trouble, if these two amateurs had just gotten the girl away from him, or if Yagi had protected her like he was supposed to." Rock Lock stated.

"Mina and I weren't allowed to bring her to the training camp. We had to leave her behind since she was prohibited from tagging along." Kaen said. "Obviously Fujio knew when and where to strike, as he was the one who kidnapped her, when Mina's mother was looking after her."

"I take full responsibility." Nighteye said, shocking Kaen. "The blame should not fall on any of them. Even without knowing the full story, they acted to save child, each in their own way. Midoriya, was willing the bear the risk of taking her then, while Mirio chose to wait for another opportunity when success would be more likely. I assure you, if the broken table isn't enough, no body in this room, is more frustrated then they are."

"You're wrong." Yujiro said.

"Pardon?" Nighteye asked.

"Haven't you noticed?" Yujiro asked. "The one in this room, who's frustrated about Eri's current predicament more then anyone here, is Kaen and Kaen alone."

"She is his daughter, after all." Torino said. "Shimura and I have both had the pleasure of meeting her. An' I myself, can't stand the thought of leaving her in Chisaki's hands any more then Kaen does."

"Eri will be saved next time. She won't be taken away by him again. We'll protect her." Izumi said.

"Indeed. An' that's exactly what we're here to discuss." Nighteye said. "This entire meeting was called, to deal with the Hassaikai, and to rescue Eri."

"As much as I wanna believe anything can be done at this moment, there is a lot to do before any of that can happen. We don't have a choice, but to do recon to make sure Eri's still there, after she and Overhaul were seen by you both." Kaen sighed.

"See, I knew I liked this kid." Rock Lock said. "I was gonna say something similar."

"He has a point though." Ryukyu said. "Do you have a plan for that Nighteye?"

"That's our conundrum." Nighteye said. "Since we don't currently know how far they've successfully taken their plans, the success of our own initial strike back, is crucial."

"To that end, I'm assuming you at least have something to start off this plan of yours." Yujiro said.

"We've made a thorough list of known associates with both major and minor connections to the Hassaikai. As well as any properties owned by the organization." Nighteye said. "I would like you all to investigate each coordinate on this map. It is the most logical way to narrow down our targets."

"So that's why you asked minor heroes like us to join you." Mr. Brave said, managing to tear the duct tape off his mouth.

"What do you mean?" The masked hero asked.

"Go on look." Mr. Brave said. "The heroes in this room, all operate in one of those locals. We know the areas better then most."

"Didn't expect someone who worked with All Might for so long, to be such a careful planner." Fat Gum said. "Let's just go take 'em down. While we're taking our sweet time, that abused girl's out there crying somewhere."

"Fat." Kaen said. "You think I don't wanna get her back? If we mess up, even once. It could go to hell, and Eri would be done for. We'd never find her again, or worse. Overhaul would find no more use for her, and kill her to make a point to me, no questions asked."

"I know but…"

"We can't do this like All Might would." Nighteye said, interrupting Fatgum. "That's why we have to be meticulous about our strategies and predictions from the outset. So we can maintain the upper hand, and the highest chances of saving her."

"They're both right, we shouldn't rush." Torino said. "If we show our hand, and down end up rescuing her, then we'd just be throwing gas on a fire. Like how Stain's capture was a beacon that lead other criminals to join the League of Villains."

"It's also possible, they handed some of what remains of the Quirk destroying bullets to the League, to try and get them to join their group." Kaen stated.

"You're thinking too dang much." Fatgum stated. "If we keep sitting here yappin' about it, then we're never gonna get anything done."

"Excuse me, but I have a question." Aizawa said, raising his hand. "I don't know the specifics of your Quirk, Nighteye. Feel free to correct, but from what I've heard of it, your Quirk Foresight, allows you to see into the future. So why not use it on us?"

"I'm sorry, but I cannot. My Foresight has some limitations, limitations that would be too much of a time consuming waste to explain." Nighteye said. "My Quirk should only be employed only after we've confirmed the highest likely hood of success. Then it can help assure our victory. It shouldn't be relied upon when there are still too many unknown variables and uncertainties yet to discover."

"We should get started." Ryukyu said. "There's a child in trouble. That's what's important here."

"We must confirm the girls location and take her into our protective care, using as much precise data available to us as possible through any means we possess." Nighteye said. "I'm counting on your help, most of you."

"Most of us?" Fatgum asked. "What do you mean by that?"

"Kaen…" Nighteye began. "This is why I wanted you to wait out in the hall."

"No. You can't be serious." Kaen said, getting to his feet. "You're excluding me from this rescue mission?"

"It has to be done." Nighteye said.

"But Eri is my daughter, she's my responsibility."

"Which is why you can't come and work on this case anymore." Bubble-Girl stated. "You're too close, and personal to it. Can you honestly tell us, your head would be focused on the mission, instead of going into tunnel vision on your goal?"

Kaen opened his mouth to speak, but stopped when he realized she was right. He wouldn't be able to be part of the mission, unless he proved himself.

"Fine, leave me out of the mission that prioritizes saving my daughter." Kaen said, marching to the door. "I'll just be training to keep my mind off it."

Slamming the door open, Kaen left in a huff, with an understandable reason why.

"I'll go talk him down." Torino said.

"Leave that to me. I think it's about time I got to know one of my descendants a little better." Yujiro said, getting up from his seat.

~Kaen~

"Damn it." Kaen cursed, slamming his fist against the punching bag, dressed in his workout clothes. "Why did I have to be excluded from the raid team." He questioned, as he continued to his the punching bag in the Lookout, while Arcane brought him something to drink.

"I understand your frustration Kaen, but just remember what they said is technically true. Unless you can prove you won't jeopardize the rescue mission, you're benched." Mecheal stated.

"But that doesn't mean you can't still prove they're wrong." Arcane said. "All you really have to do, is show them you can be part of the team."

"An' the best way to do that, would be to find Eri's location, long before any of them can."

Mecheal, Arcane, and Kaen looked to see Yujiro standing there, a smirk on his face.

"How'd you find this place gramps?" Kaen asked.

"You know him?" Arcane asked.

"Mecheal, Arcane. I'd like for you to meet Yujiro Hanma, my great-great-great-great-great-Grandfather." Kaen said.

"Yujiro Hanma, the man found in salt rock battling that T-Rex skeleton before the start of the Vietnam War?" Mecheal asked.

"I'm flattered."

"I repeat, how'd you find this place gramps?" Kaen questioned.

"Wasn't hard. You weren't the first in our family to develop a knack for Ki sensing you know." Yujiro said.

"Of course, your a martial artist. You already know how to track someone by their Ki." Kaen said, hitting the punching bag again. "So what, come to tell me to keep my cool?"

"Of course not. I doubt even a tsunami could douse the fire lit in that soul of yours." Yujiro smirked. "No, I'm here to tell you, if you want something. You take it. You're strong, but you're not stupid. That idiot Nighteye is a fool for taking you out of the mission, after you've already attended the briefing."

"Didn't you hear him? He said that was the reason why he wanted me out of it." Kaen said. "I was just gonna be a distraction, and a hindrance to the mission."

"Sounds like a weakling talking to me."

"I am no weakling." Kaen shouted, instantly in Yujiro's face, with his hair turned gold and blue, with his eyes turning blue as well. But for a split second, Arcane and Mecheal saw Kaen's hair was a shade of very dark emerald green and violet, as it had transitioned to gold and blue. "I am the strongest being on this planet. I have enough power in my body, to destroy any planet, several times over. I am anything but weak."

"Then why do as they say?" Yujiro asked, not even phased by Kaen's sudden appearance in his face.

"Because I live on this planet. I am bound by the rules that govern the limitations and use of my powers." Kaen said.

"Says who? You don't have any Quirk genes in you, aside from the ones that make up with Quirk you have. Your body didn't start producing those until after you got a Quirk." Yujiro said. "Take what you want, and show the others you're not so weak minded as they believe. Prove to them, you can be strong, and that you'll destroy the Yakuza."

"How?" Kaen asked.

"From the inside."

"The inside?"

Kaen just looked at Yujiro for a moment, before remember there was someone who he was overdue a week on calling back. Pulling his Scouter Shades out from his bag, Kaen put them on, and dialed up the last number to call, that was registered as being accepted.

"Jack, it's Saiya." Kaen said. "What exactly did Rappa and Chisaki want to talk to me about?"

~A/N~

Hey, bit of a short chapter I know, but I intended for this one to be short, as you'll soon find out why, in the next few episodes.
