Sailor Moon sighed. "Minna-san, I hung in there. We've won. Yet I'm alone again...I cn't be alone!" She cried to the empty air.
"You're not alone." the disembodied voice of Sailor Mars said from behind her.
Sailor Moon whirled. "Rei...Rei-chan? Was that you?" She looked about, half-frightened, searching for the voice. Around her, nine star seeds positioned themselves in a circle and started to coalesce into Sailor senshi.
"You saved us." Sailor Mercury said as she became solid. "You saved this world..."
"With your belief." Sailor Jupiter finished.
"We believed in you." Venus grinned at the stunned odango-ed girl.
"Thank you, Sailor Moon." Pluto said, and Sailor Saturn smiled and nodded in agreement.
"You did it, koneko-chan." The tomboy and the wavy-haired senshi added their gratitude to the mix.
"Minna-san...Rei..Ami..Mako-chan...Minako-chan...Setsuna-san...Hotaru-chan....Haruka-san..Michuru-san...you're all alive!!!" Sailor Moon was overjoyed. "Thank Kami-sama! I was so lonely!"
Sailor Uranus was the first to say anything besides words of thanks. "Um....Moon, can you get us down to the ground, please? I may be the senshi atuned to air, but just hanging here is not exactly comfortable...if you get my drift."
Sailor Moon looked at her court, then down at the ground so far away, then back at her senshi. "Umm...maybe we should sailor teleport?"
"Good idea, Odango." Rei cut in. "Okay, minna, let's go!"
"SAILOR....TELEPORT!"
In a flash, the circle disappeared from the sky and appeared on the surface. Ami ran straight to Usagi. "Usagi-chan! You did it!!!" The ten girls hugged and cried and talked, oblivious to the stunned stares of the Starlights and Kakyuu-hime. Then three more star seeds became humans.
"Usako!" The previously golden star seed uttered. In an instant, the rest of the senshi fell silent, and Sailor Moon turned toward the dark-haired man wearing armor and a cape. "Mamo...Mamo-chan? Mamo-chan!" Usagi ran to him and was instantly wrapped in a hug. Then the two other star seeds became whole, as well. "Mama!" The pink haired girl cried out. Usagi grinned as she faced the spore. "Oh, Chibiusa!" And then Chibiusa ran to Usagi.
The moment The two Moon princesses touched, a transformation occurred. Usagi instantly became Neo-Queen Serenity, and Chibiusa became Neo-Princess Chibi Usagi Serenity. Then Mamoru transformed into Neo-King Endymon. The senshi all sighed, and grinned. The royal family was together once more.
The previously stunned Starlights were, if possible, even more stunned. Seiya was disappointed, but then his non-working brain repeated the word. "Chibiusa..." He flashed back to a memory of himself as a one-day Chief of Police, and a half-overheard conversation between the five "inner" senshi.
"Chibi-chibi!" An urgent voice broke into everyone's thoughts.
The little girl waited until everyone was looking at her, then said, quite clearly, "Arigatou, Sailor Moon!" before floating up into the air and disappearing.
Usagi smiled at the place where chibi chibi had been. "She guided me to you, Usako." Mamoru told her. "Me too, me too!" Chibusa was quick to point out.
Usagi just smiled wearily. "I love you all. Thank you, minna-san." Then she cosed her eyes and leaned against Mamoru.
Seiya watched, and thought to himself, "I wish she would treat me like that...but now I see what Rei meant when she told me they were destined, and that I never had a chance. Who am I to argue with a future child, and that kind of devotion?" With a sigh, Fighter turned away from the sight and toward his princes. Kakyuu-hime smiled sadly at Seiya, and said "The tenshi has really come down to earth, ne?" Before changing the subject. "Come on starlights, let's go home."
