A/N: This is probably not the best filk you'll ever read, it doesn't even rhyme...
but I'm damn proud of it, so read and review please!!
The Ballad of Inu-Yasha, sung to the tune of The Ballad of Davy Crockett,
Born to a demon and a human being
During the Era of the Warring States
He hated being a half breed,
And fought constantly with his older brother
Inu, Inu-Yasha,
Half demon of the Warring States
He tried to steal the Shikon Jewel,
And met a Priestess named Kikyo,
Something happend and it was tragic,
He ended up being pinned to a tree,
Inu, Inu-Yasha,
Half demon of the Warring States
Fast forward to the modern times,
A girl went through a well and saw him there,
She saved him from his fate,
And then accidently shattered the Shikon Jewel,
Inu, Inu-Yasha,
Half demon of the Warring States
Now he and the girl have joined forces,
to find the Jewel before others does,
and then they met a midget fox,
and a Buddhist priest and a demon hunter too,
Inu, Inu-Yasha,
Half demon of the Warring States
Searching far and wide for the Shikon shards,
This is how the group spends their days,
Defending the weak and fighting evil too,
They won't rest 'til they find those shards,
Inu, Inu-Yasha,
Half demon of the Warring States!
...And here's a bonus one:
Ev'rybody wants the Shikon Jewel, sung to the tune of Ev'rybody wants to be a Cat
Ev'rybody wants the Shikon Jewel,
'Cause the Jewel's the only Jewel,
that'll make them super strong,
So ev'rybody's taking up on the demon beat,
'Cause everything else is obsolete.
Okay, I can't think of any else for this....^^;;;;
