Seti was one of the greatest Pharohs of all Egypt's history. His reign was also one of the most intriging.......
Seti had many wives and concubines as was expected of Egyptian rulers. His Great Wife was Jhara -Na-Sun, the most beloved of his wives. She was a fabled beauty all the way to the Eastern lands, she was said to be touched by Hathor herself. Her skin was the color of rich Nile earth, honey brown eyes , raven tresses the color of an Egyptian night, a lithe yet curvaceous body. Her kindness was as great as her beauty not even the Ibises at the temple of Thoth would fly from her. She bore Seti two children Nephyrtiri and Sneftut. Seti greatly doted on little Nephyrtiri for she was the youngest and Sneftut at aged 12 decided to runaway and travel to distant lands.
Nephyrtiri was a very happy child, the most revered of the royal children she was also the most heavily guarded due to her status as future Queen of Egypt. Jhara -Na -Sun and Nephyrtiri were very close for it was her last child. When Nephyrtiri was aged 6 she was given Dakh-Ani as her lady-in-waiting they soon became inseperable. Dakh-Ani was the daughter of one of the court dancers which even the dancer to whose child she was remained a mystery. Dakh-Ani was a very thoughtful child, most people often mistook Nephytiri and her for sisters Except for her dark skin compared to Nephyrtiri's light skin. On the eve of the upcoming new year a grand jubilee was planned unfortunately however Jhara-Na-Sun fell seriously ill.
