Earth defeated! Conquered by the Minbari, humans live in fear as they go day by day as virtual slaves of the Minbari Federation on their own world. But there are some who are planning to fight back with a vengeance.

Sometime after the Minbari have left, Earth is beginning to get back on its feet. With fusion rockets heading up to the moon to reestablish humanity as a spacefaring power, some try to stop it, believing humanity does not belong in space.
