A SHORT FIC ABOUT WHAT CHICHIRI DID ONE MORNING THAT IS COMPLETLEY IRRELEVENT TO ANYTHING
"Daaaa……" said Chichiri as he stood up and stretched. He walked outside. "Another beautiful day in Konan." He turned back toward the door. "Hey, Tasuki, wake up, no da!" he said, poking his red-haired roommate with his staff.
"Chichiri! Leave me alone! Its to early to wake up!" Tasuki groaned.
Chichiri looked at the digital watch Miaka had given him. "Its 10:30 ya know. I don't call that early no da."
"But I do! Now let me sleep unless you wanna become barbecue!" Tasuki slammed the door, leaving Chichiri outside,
"Da, what a grouch no da." Chichiri aimlessly around the Konan palace until he came across Hotohori's 3 year old son, Boushin, who was happily spinkilng dirt on a sleeping Tama.
"Hi there little guy." Chichiri said to him, waking up the cat, who shook the dirt off him and jumped onto Chichiri's shoulder.
"Chi—chi—Chichiri!" Boushin managed, happily. He was always happy to see the blue-haired monk.
"Yup, its me no da." Chichiri bent down and picked him up. Boushin promptly began to chew on Chichiri's necklace.
"Hey don't do that no da." Chichiri said, removing his necklace from the kid's mouth.
"No da." Repeated Boushin. Then he laughed obviously happy with his accomplishment.
"He really looks up to you, Chichiri," a voice said form behind them. Chichiri turned around to see Houki standing there.
"Da?" questioned Chichiri.
"You're like a second father to him. You're always around when Hotohori's busy."
"That's what I'm good for no da." The monk replied happily.
"Well, I better get the little guy some breakfast."
"Ok." Chichiri handed Boushin to his mother. "That reminds me, I haven't eaten breakfast ether, no da. I think I'll go find Mitsukake and see if he wants to go have something to eat with me no da. Bye no da."
"Bye Chichiri." Houki replied.
"No da." Boushin repeated happily.
Chichiri knocked on the door to Mitsukake's room. "Hey, Mitsukake, you awake, no da?" Chichiri shouted at the door.
"If I was, I wouldn't be anymore, not after your shouting." The tall, handsome doctor said as he opened the door.
"Sorry, no da." Chichiri said, rubbing the back of his neck sheepishly.
"It's ok," Mitsukake said, knowing he couldn't stay mad at his best friend. "What'd ya want?"
"Oh, I'm going into town to get some lunch, wanna come, no da?"
"Sure."
Mitsukake and Chichiri were about to leave the palace when the heard a voice behind them, "Heyyyyy!!! Wait for meeeeee!!" They turned around.
"Tasuki?" asked Mitsukake.
"Tasuki." Confirmed Chichiri.
Tasuki was out of breath by the time he stopped next to Chichiri and Mitsukake. "Where (pant) you guys (pant) going?"
"To get some lunch in town no da."
"I wanna go! I wanna go!" Tasuki exclaimed, jumping about.
"Alright," said Chichiri, "Just as long as you behave yourself, no da."
THE END, NO DA!
