Suzie Mae and Fluffy

Suzie Mae and her cute little beagle, Fluffy, lived in a small house in
a small town, on the edge of England. Every day that the sun shined down
on the little house, Suzie Mae and Fluffy would go out to play.
They would play catch and go for walks in the little town off the
coast of England.
One day seemed particularly nice, so Suzie Mae took Fluffy out
for a walk. The sun was shining and the birds were twittering. Suzie Mae's
neighbor, Mr. Happy, waved to her as they walked by.
"Good Morning Mr. Happy!" She called cheerfully."Isn't it a nice
day today?"
"Yes it is Suzie Mae!! Are you having a nice walk today?" He smiled
at her.
"Oh, Quite! I am having a very fine day today!!" Suzie Mae said.
She walked down the road, smiling and calling out to her other waving
neighbors. She stopped at her aunt's house for tea.
"Hello little Suzie Mae! So nice to have you!" Said Auntie Prudence.
"Its nice to be here Auntie Prudence. I am glad you invited me!"
Suzie Mae smiled.
Fluffy barked happily as Auntie Prudence fed her a doggie treat.
After tea, Suzie Mae went down to the store for her mother to get eggs
and milk. As she and Fluffy carried them home, they were careful not to
break the eggs, or spill the milk.
Once they were home, Suzie was completely transformed. Dropping
the eggs on the counter, she called to her mother dear, "Hey MA! I'm back!
I Didn't steal the egg and milk money like last time!"
"Thats nice, now get on with your weight lifting!!" her mother yelled,
"And be quick about it!"
"Yeah, yeah, ma!" Suzie sat on the couch, gorging potato chips and
watching MTV. 'In a minute!"
Eventually, being so nice to neighbors was so different from her home life,
Suzie Mae cracked and committed suicide. Fluffy was adopted by a rich lady and
pampered for the rest of her days.
