Piper is walking by her self. She had to get away from the house from the house for a little while. All the people and well wishes where getting to her. Leo had offered to go with her. But even he could not cheer her up right now. She needed to be by her self with her thought and memories. With out Leo and phoebe. Slow drizzle had started and it was getting her soaked but she hardly even noticed. As a memory flooded to the surface. A few weeks ago. Prue and her self-running to get to the car to get out of the rain, they had enjoyed a nice walk in the park. While thinking of this piper starts to choke up. And slow trail of tears goes down her cheek.

She keeps walking until nightfall sets in. she knows she has to go or phoebe and Leo would freak out. But she isn't ready to go home quit yet. So she decides to call home to let them know that she would be late. And for them not to worry. She dials the number to the manor. It rings once it rings twice a third time and the last one. Piper knows what is coming next. But she can't take her ear away from the phone. She had to hear it. That sweet voice. The voice she had heard for twenty-eight years. The voice she would never hear again. Once again the tears start to roll down as she hears prue's voice on the answering machine.

After a few hours. Piper gets home to find a note from Leo that the elders had needed them and that he would soon be back. And that phoebe had gone to bed after the emotional day. This was a good thing. Since she really didn't feel like taking to anyone yet. She needed to be by herself a little bit more. She walks up the stairs and in her room. She doesn't even bother to get undressed. And crawls on the bed. And for the third time that evening her thoughts drift back to prue. Her older sister, Her friend, Her protector, the one who had loved her no matter what, the one she had thought would never ever leave. Until that fateful day, a few days ago.
