"Lady, what was my father like?" asked a curious Mariemia.
Lady looked up from her work in hearing this. It tore in to the deepest parts of her soul, Treize that name hunted her though Mariemia never even said his name that is what she was implying. What was she supposed to say, that she gave up everything because loved this man or how charismatic he was and how he was the prefect aristocrat. After a few minutes of silence Mariemia spoke up.
"You loved him didn't you?"
Lady Une froze Mariemia could read her just like Treize used to. She smiled sadly and looked into Mariemia's crystalline blue eyes, his eyes.
"Yes Marie I loved your father he was my life and my hope, but life and hope must always live on correct," Mariemia nodded her head, "so now you are my life and my hope."
Mariemia jumped into Une's arms and enveloped her in a bear hug. Une was took aback for a second but then returned the hug. 'Yes' she thought 'There will always be hope.'
