Final Goodbye?
His hand stroked her long blonde hair
lovingly and kissed her forehead as she slept peacefully.
"Relena, my love, I have to leave
again. I'm sorry if I didn't wake you up. I just don't want to
see your eyes filled with saddness." He kissed her softly on
her lips, savoring it for the last time. Quietly, he stood up
from their bed and walked towards the nursery room. His eyes
focused on the blue crib in the middle of the room. A soft
nursery rhyme could be heard to make the infant sleep. As he
reached the crib, two pairs of eyes were looking at him.
"Hello Adin. Still awake,
huh?" He carressed the fine brown hair while the baby gave
him a smile. "I have to tell you something." Heero
leaned down much further. "I'm sorry if I'll never see you
grow up. Daddy will be leaving for a mission..."
The baby averted his gaze away from his
father, he focused his attention to the wall.
"Adin, look at me. I'm talking to
you."
Still, Adin didn't look at his father.
Heero tickled his tummy to gain his attention instead he was
awarded with a kick. "Are you mad at me?"
Adin clutched his teddy bear and threw
it at Heero's face. Heero's eyes widened at his son's reactions. He
really has my genes. "Goodbye son..." He kissed
the baby's forehead and turned to leave. Before he could open the
door...
BLAG!
Heero turned around only to see the
other side of the crib has fallen down. Adin was on the floor
giving Heero his own version of death glare.
"What happened?" Relena came
inside the nursery room wearing a short lavender nightgown.
Heero drooled at the sight of his sexy
wife.
Relena looked at him at crosses her
arms. "Why are you wearing that jeans and green tank top?! I
told you not to wear that anymore! Why are you not in bed?!"
Heero was out of words for five minutes.
"Uh...I was supposed to go on my last mission baby."
"Again?!" Relena walked
towards Adin and carried the baby boy. "You wanna sleep with
mommy?" Adin gave her a giggle. She quickly strode towards
the door.
"Relena, you're supposed to stop
me!" Heero said pleadingly.
Relena looked at him. "How many
fanfics do they have to write to make me stop you? I'm getting
tired of it! It's time that you have to make the decision."
(Apol: I agree with her. Heero: *glares at author*) She left the
room.
Heero stood there with his jaws wide
open. His phone rang, snapping him out of his shock. He retrieved
his phone and answered it.
"Where in the entire universe and
colony are you, Yuy!!!!!" Dr.J shouted.
"Go to hell you old worthless
scientist!!!!! I'm not going anymore!!!!!" Heero threw the
phone out of the window and followed his wife and son.
I know it's short! Heh!
Heero: I look soooo stupid there!
