This is set after Episode 2 of season 5, "Real Me."
Buffy is in the cemetery, kicking some vampire ass. She gives one a roundhouse kick and gives punches the other repetitively, hard, in the face, kicks him to the ground, and stakes him in the back. The other jumps on her back, but she throws him off, leaving him. Then something strange happens. He starts to grow into a huge demon, like no other. It towered above Buffy. She was frozen in terror. The demon breathes fire like a dragon. Then Buffy ran, and the demon chased her into the woods.
Opening Credits Roll
Buffy: "And he had huge claws and teeth and he chased me into the woods…. I only just managed to escape."
Willow: "And he just changed like that? One minute he was an ordinary vampire… and the next…"
Dawn: "Wow. Cool!"
"Dawn! What are you doing here? This is a scoobies meeting only! Get out of here!" yelled Buffy.
Dawn: "I live here too you know!"
Buffy: "Yeah… well… shouldn't you be doing homework or something?"
Dawn gives her a sour look.
Buffy: "Didn't you hear what I said? And it is not cool! I could have died!"
Dawn: "Wouldn't want that."
Dawn storms out.
Xander: "Don't you think that you were a teeny bit hard on her?"
Buffy: "Xander!"
Anya: "Hey! Don't take it out on Xander!"
Buffy: "But…"
Xander: "OK! Why don't we just settle own a little!"
Buffy: "Sorry. I'm just a bit stressed about this new demon."
Tara: "It's not that is it?"
Buffy: "What do you mean?"
Tara: "Dawn just suddenly appear… I mean… It's Riley isn't it?"
Buffy: "What? She suddenly…"
Tara mutters something under her breath. There is a flash of green light.
Time goes back a few seconds.
Xander: "OK! Why don't we just settle own a little!"
Buffy: "Sorry. I'm just a bit stressed about this new demon."
Willow: "It'll be OK Buffy.
Tara smiles evilly.
