DISCLAIMER: I do not own Card Captor Sakura!!
Authors Note: This is a very short, very unfunny fic I wrote in about ten minutes. It's also my first CCS fanfic, so be nice... ^_^ ...please!
Sakura's Bad Hair Day
Sakura woke up to the sound of her alarm clock BEEP BEEP BEEPIN'! She rubbed her
eyes, got out of bed and noticed that Kero had gone. She wondered where he had
gotten to this time of the day, but she couldn't think about it too much because she
had to get ready for school. She got dressed and ran downstairs to find that everyone
else had left the house already.
"Oh, looks like I'm the last one up again," Sakura said to herself. "Oh well, there's no
time for breakfast today. I'll just grab a piece of my brother's bubble gum."
Sakura went through the kitchen drawer and pulled out an opened packet of bubble
gum. She pulled out a piece, popped it in her mouth and began to chew. Her doorbell
then rung. She went to answer it. Her best friend Madison (Tomoyo) was outside.
"Hi Sakura," Madison said. "Do you want to walk to school with me?"
"This is unusual," Sakura said, "but okay."
Madison smiled. "Where's Kero today?"
"I don't know," Sakura said, as she chewed. "I woke up today and found he'd already
gone."
"Is that gum you've got there??" Madison asked, as they began to walk to school.
Sakura chewed some more. "It's my breakfast."
"That isn't very healthy," Madison said. "Breakfast is the most important meal of the
day. You'll waste away if you eat gum all the time instead of real food."
"Watch this," Sakura said. She began to blow a bubble with the gum.
"Be careful, Sakura!" Madison said, as she covered her face. "Gum will eventually..."
...POP!!!!
"Aahh!" Sakura screamed. Her bubble had blown up in her face.
"I tried to warn you," Madison said. She pulled out a tissue. "Here, use this."
"Thanks," Sakura grumbled as she took the tissue. She tried to clean the gum off her
face, and most of it came off quite easily, but the gum in her hair was stuck tight. "Oh
no! It won't come out of my hair!!"
"Oh dear," Madison said.
"Don't worry," Sakura said. "I'll use the Watery Card and try to wash it out."
"I don't think you should do that, Sakura," Madison said.
Sakura took out her key and said, "Key which hides the Power of the Dark. Show your
true form before me. I, Sakura, command you under our contract, release!"
Sakura then used the Watery Card to try and wash the gum out of her
hair. Unfortunately, the tide swept her away down the street. Madison sighed and
continued on her way to school.
