I am forgotten
His heart has no more room for me.
I will disappear into the shadows
Once more, I will wear a mask of joy to hide my sorrow.
His heart is closed to me.
I am wearing a mask.
Once more, hidden in the depths of feelings.
She seems to ignore me.
Or is it I who ignores her?
Her eyes seem to be with glistening tears,
As an enemy strikes her.
Why does she not counter attack?
I wince when the feel of the burn on my skin
I refuse to attack.
I see no reason to live anymore.
He looks at me, anguish in his eyes.
Tears stream down my cheeks.
I cannot stand by any longer.
I run in front of her, taking a strike for her.
She looks at me in surprise
Drawing my sword, I fight for her.
I fight for my love.
I watch him, fighting for me.

He smiles faintly up at me, giving me determination to fight.
She joins me, standing by my side.
Joining our powers, we defeat the darkness overshadowing us.
She falls into my arms, sleeping.
So tired.. I fall into a warm grip.
So comferble.
So inviting.
So warm.
I carry her limp form to my home.
Laying her on my bed,
I kiss her forehead and whisper three sweet words.
