He typed away at his computer trying to get a grasp on what he was doing. The domain gate screen flickered with bright lights and numerous windows that were popping up. The local scanner station was a good place to start his latest excursion. Lets see Hiro thought to himself. The police think I will be here tonight, but they no ill know that so ill go to exactly where they think im gonna go to. The latest job hiro had just taken was an easy one if he had ever seen one. The world had gone to shit since the war about hundred years ago. The war was not with death or with guns, but with data. The warring countries had gathered its most skilled computer experts and hackers and decided to launch a full cyberspace war on each other. Viruses were the way everything was done. If you want to hurt someone in my world, you messed up their computer and left them defenseless against the others around. Oh and another thing, since the war happened, every single piece of data had been captured and held by the government.and by government I don't mean the government of the united states of America, but the government of the united countries of the world. When the world was over, the one continent that had the most info was declared the leader of the world. There isn't even a senate or a supreme court. All matters are decided by one entity- the unity. The unity had been born out of the information that had been gathered by the U.C.W.
Once the unity had been born, the whole world had gone down the toilet. It had considered the human race inferior and had created 'scanners' to patrol the places we called home. The world as we all knew it had become a place of desolation. The only freedom any of us know is the domain. The domain was what the olden would call the Internet. The world had greatly declined, but technology was the only thing that had continued to flourish. Using stolen materials, the first of us developed the domain gates, an invention that allowed us to enter the domain and enter a whole new plane of existence.
People had begun to grow a hunger for info and we all knew how to get it. The ones who understood the domain could enter it and, as the olden would say, 'hack' the information that we wanted. The unity had seen us as a threat and has launched a whole new domain attack on us infoknight. Who knows what will happen?
