Come 'a listen to a story 'bout a man named Joad
He couldn't keep his crops, so he moved on down the road
He had to cut some corners just ta keep the family fed,
And right before ya know it old Grandpa Joad was dead
*deep country voice* (buried in the ground...quarters in his eyes)

So the Joads went on, they moved away from there
But out in California there was nothin' but despair
They had no food and they had no jobs,
And all of the Ohkis were trying like they're slobs
*deep voice again* (bums that is...real good-for-nothins)

And the book goes on, it lasts for years and years,
It's so very boring that it moves me fast to tears
Nothing really happens and plot doesn't exist,
After six-hundred pages that makes me kinda pissed
*my girly voice trying to sound deep and manly* (tore the book in two...burned the pages)
