Hero Of Time
He ventured out to save his world
From the darkness creeping near
He left his home and life behind
Ignoring all his inner fears
He fought the battles no one could
Bearing the burden of loss and pain
He struggled with the mighteist foes
Never considering his neutral gain
He served the people of Hyrule
And was by fate forever bound
He continued on to fight for them
A greater boy could not be found
He was still young and pure of heart
Though the task he took on was great
He never wavered on the path he chose
To the role he was given by fate
He drew the Master sword destined to him
Loosing seven years of life
He became a strong young man
Faced with a world filled with strife
He freed the Sages from monsters
Chosen by his evil foe
He battled through the immense odds
To free the land from times of woe
He summoned the Sages to seal the portal
To hold the King of Darkness in
He was sent back those seven years
To relive his life again
He became a legend among the people
To whom he could never belong
He was alone inside his role
Awaiting still the coming dawn
He saved the world again and again
And in times of trouble was never late
He dedicated his life
To being the instument of Fate
He is said to be long gone now
But some of us know his fate
He will always rise again
