This is my first "Musical Fic" and I hope it's enjoyable and not too confusing. I'm not adding spoilers of why she's so upset over AKIO of all people... but if you've read the manga and seen the series you'll know.
Utena was heartbroken. She couldn't express her rage and love in the same breath… so she ran. She ran to her room and locked the door. After a few days… Wakaba came up to see her. "Utena? Are you alright?" Wakaba asked. "No." Utena simpy replied… her face hidden by her sheet and pillow. "C'mon Utena! This just isn't like you at all! Get Up! C'mon! Get Up!" Wakaba pleaded… but to no avail. Utena simply rolled over and sobbed. "Utena… you know I've felt this way too… Not with Akio Ohtori… but I've felt this way too. I brought you something though. It helped ease my pain." Wakaba softly laid her hand on Utena's shoulder and dropped a cassette beside her on the bed. "You know I'll be there… if you need me." Wakaba then walked out of the room.
Utena turned over and allowed the mostly blocked sunlight to hit her face. She felt for what Wakaba had dropped there and found a cassette labled "Insensitive". She slowly pulled herself out of bed and put the tape in. as the first note began to play hot tears began streaming down her face. She listened to the lyrics;

after the body bliss

from the romantic glare

of a voice you'd know anywhere"
::Shudder… Sob::

""Utena got up and went to her window… opening the blinds and looked over the campus::

after the body rush

after you've found a friend
how do you teach your heart
it's a crime to fall in love again "
::Sigh… Deep Breath::
"Oh, you probably won't remember me
it's probably ancient history

I'm out of vogue, I'm out of touch
I fell too fast, I feel too much
I thought that you might have
some advice to give on how to be
insensitive"
Utena's tears stopped runing down her cheeks. Her face slightly brightened as the sunw as beginning to set over Ohtori Academy. She quickly showered and dressed… then ran out of the dormatory. She ran until she spotted that Brunette ponytail. "Wakaba…" Utena sighed, "Thanks." Utena said and wrapped her arms around her friend's shoulders. They stood there… watching the sun paint the sky cheery shades of lavander and pink… and stayed that way until the sun went down.
