Author's Notes: Hi everybody! This story is "out of the box" not really "out of the box" like "Saving Jamie", but it's an idea that I haven't seen used before. So I hope you'll like it.

True Family

"Now lets see who had courage to show up today for torture," Said Val's math teacher and Val began to panic and wish that she wasn't an over-achiever and hadn't signed up for math class when it wasn't required for graduation. "Sarah Abbey," The teacher said starting to take roll, "Amanda Adams," "Clint Banks," Val groaned she disliked Clint with a passion, "Adam Clark," "Alice Conner," Val thought she was okay, "Alan Dobson," This was going to be one interesting class, "Laura Ewing," How did a cheerleader get into pre-calcus? Wait a minute, Val thought, I'm a cheerleader. "Connie Frank," Nice and quiet, "Patrick Fredrick," She had a crush on him in the fifth grade, "Lori Gable," "Jennifer Grady" There were lots of girls in this class, "Tyler Harris," Val felt her heart flutter at the name of her beloved, but unfortunately he was more of an over-achiever than she was and was in calcus, "Jack Jackson," "Vanessa Kirkland," Val had never heard of her and looked to see who she was. It was like looking in the mirror. She looked exactly like Val. "Valerie Lanier," The teacher said looking around for an answer.

"Here," Val said realizing the teacher had called her name.

"Are you two twins?" The teacher asked seeing the likeness of the two girls.

"Ye-" Vanessa started to say and then looked at Val, "No, we're not," Vanessa finished looking down at her paper.

Author's Notes: How did you like it? Don't worry it won't turn out like the Parent Trap or anything like that. Well, thanks for reading! Bye!
