Author Note: My second poem on the eyes of Harry Potter characters. My first was Gray eyes, which was about Draco Malfoy. And I have one on the way called Brown Eyes, which is about Hermione Granger.

His green eyes are filled with a gleam,

Of youth and hope,

So much innocent and yet so much pain,

Eyes that have seen the greatest evil,

However has witness the purest good,

Eyes of emerald look for hope,

Even in the pouring rain,

Dreams of happiness are closer,

Closer the he believed.
