This is my first Metroid poem...I don't know how I wrote a poem about this but it is in Samus' POV thinking about what happened while she was at the planet Zebes...
Memories
You hatched
From that egg
You thought
I was your mother
A metroid
none like the others
I took you to the lab
then you were missing
I went to look for you
instead
I found out they took you
When I found you
you thought I was your enemy
You attacked me and drained
my energy
You stopped
when I was near death
you ran away from me
you seemed upset
But it was ok
I didn't care
I went on to look for you
But instead
I found trouble
This brain
no this monster
attacked me
trying to kill me
When this monster
was about to finish me off
you came to help me
protect me
You drained the
monsters energy
it looked like it was dead
but it was alive
and upset
You protected me
with every blow
I knew you were
getting weak
You gave me your strength
to kill this monster
so I used the plasma beam
to finish it off
It died quick
now I had to run
fearing for my life
I used everything I had
to get that monsters
minions out of my way
Before I left
I had to save some friends
I freed them from their prison
But that wasn't the end
I got to my ship
and fled the planet
I saw it disappear
with you on it..
I thank you
for saving my life
I regret I
couldn't save yours
and bring you back
to our planet...
So what did you guys think? I didn't see a lot of Metroid poems except one so tried to write one.....I think it sux but r&r plz...
