"Haruka!" Michiru called to her roommate. "I'm leaving now, do you want anything?"
"Wait a minute, I want to give you something." Haruka caught up with Michiru just as she was walking out. "Don't listen to this until you leave the drive way." She handed Michiru a small tape labeled "To Michiru"
"Haruka?"
"Just take it, please.." She walked away.
Michiru stared after Haruka, she had been acting strange lately. She hardly spoke and didn't pay her late night visits to Michiru's room anymore. Michiru couldn't help but wonder if maybe the blonde had decided to hate her. She shook her head, what a silly thought.
As soon as Michiru got to the end of the drive way she turned the tape on. She was very interested to know what was on it. After a slight pause and some static a piano began, then words...

Michiru had long ago pulled over to the side of the road. She felt tears in her eyes, Haruka felt the same way she did. My God, she thought, she didn't know how to tell me, I didn't know how to tell her... Suddenly she heard Haruka's voice, she jumped, it was only the tape.
"Michiru. I hope, you uh, understand now, yeah." The tape ended.
Michiru started the car and drove as fast as she could home. When she got up to the apartment finally and flung open the door she saw Haruka standing there.
"So," Haruka looked down at her hands.
"I, I had no idea."
"I didn't think you did, I'm sorry."
"For what? For being able to tell me the thing that I've been wanting to tell you this whole time?"
"You mean.."
"Yes Haruka, I feel the same way."
"Michiru, you know, this had all been very, well cheesy, but it was the only way knew how to do it. I mean it's not everyday that two room mates, fall in love, especially when they're both girls and," Michiru silenced the blonde with her finger to her lips.
"Shhh, your babbling." Her lips replaced her finger on the flustered blondes lips. Haruka finally broke the kiss even though she hadn't wanted to, it was one of the most wonderful things she had ever experienced.
Michiru stood on tip toe and after kissing Haruka's ear whispered "You're sleeping in my bed tonight..." Haruka blushed and gulped.
