But your eyes show all.

The cross scar etched
Like a cruel mark on your face.

Is so out of place.

What do you see
Through those violet eyes?

Through those once fiery eyes?
How did you feel
When you kill?
How do you keep
Yourself from feeling the thrill?

When you wash your hands
Will it be completely clean?
Your spirit's ever strong
Living in a world so mean.

Wanderer,
You've come a long way
How did you get through
Each passing day?

All those pain in your heart,
Do you try to forget?
Yet here you are
Sane from hate and regret.
