Babysitters' Blind Date!

Chapter One: Emily's Idea!

Emily Beirnstien ran into the cafeteria, where the seven members of the babysitters club were sat.

"Claudia!" Emily exclaimed to Claudia Kishi "You'll never guess what Mr. Kaufman is gonna let us do!" "What?" Claudia asked grinning at her friends enthusiasm. "Well, we need an equal number of boys and girls but twenty-five of each is gonna be our cut-off. Then we are gonna put the names into two separate containers and set up dates!" "Cool!" Claudia exclaimed "Count me in!" "How about you guys?" Emily grinned and pulled out a notepad. "Sure!" One of the other babysitters called Kimmie Jaye Bellum said, "It could be a laugh." Her best friend Ginny chimed in "If Ski's gonna do it then, count me in to!" Gradually all of the babysitters put their names down and went into the assembly hall after school the next day."

Chapter Two: The Drawing.

The assembly hall of Stoneybrook Middle School was full of happy chatter when Emily stood on the stage. "Can I have you attention please?" The hall quieted down immensely and Emily continued "That's better! Okay! Now we are going to draw the names and it's up to YOU guys to chose the date place and make the relationship work! Okay our first couple is........Claudia Kishi.............and Trevor Sandbourne!" "Great!" Claudia muttered, she'd been out with Trevor before and knew that he didn't really do well and dates."

"And our fifth couple is........Kristy Thomas.........And Logan Bruno!" Kristy gulped Logan was her best friend Mary-Anne's boyfriend, she looked at Mary-Anne and suprisingly Mary-Anne was laughing and gave Kristy the thumbs up sign.

"Our sixth couple are...............Mary-Anne Spier................And Ben Hobart! Mary-Anne nearly vomited Ben was two years younger than her and he went out with her old friend Mallory.

"Our tenth couple are.................Stacey McGill....................And Kenneth Papandrea!" Stacey sighed Kenneth was the guy that she had a crush on! How lucky was she!!!
