The Next Day
Heero stealthily waited up in a tree for Relena to come sit down underneath it. He was balanced on two branches, directly above her, a "de-thorned" white rose in hand. On the count of three, Heero would drop the rose onto Relena's lap.

On three, Relena stood up. The rose landed on her head. "Ow!" she exclaimed, shaking the rose off her head. She picked it up. There was a note attached to its stem. It read: "For my angel". Relena gasped and peered up into the tree. Of course, Heero was gone by then and left no trace of anyone being there.
