(A/N: Despite they will be vaguely seen or heard in this, if you know who will be in this fanfic, don't spoil them with the others.)
Heathrow Penitentiary, United States 11:30 p.m.
Everyone was getting ready to go to bed inside the prison, for it was lights out, especially the ones in solitary confinement. However, one person is still awake, it is a male human in his early thirties in a prison outfit, but had hair black as ebony, and eyes red as crimson. He soon said, "Despite a bit of a delay, tonight, or should I say tomorrow night is the night, since I vill be escaping this place, for I am Braham Drake, but they vill call me Nosfearatu!" he soon laughs at this.
Suddenly there was a pound on his cell, for a guard was pounding a door, and said, "Keep it down, Nosferatu, people are trying to sleep, you vampire wannabe!"
"That's Nosfearatu!" Nosfearatu corrected the guard, turned around, and muttered, "And I von't be here for long, and it vill be the same for my inmates," he looks up at the full moon, and said, "My escape vill be at the midnight hour, for it is evil, and the terrifying vitching hour, though they don't think of it, some are already here, for they vill recruit someone, who might be reluctant to be part of it, but vill be part of it, even if he declines."
Meanwhile twenty-five minutes later, inside a cell is anthropomorphic North American bison, who had burly arms, scars on his eyes. He soon said, "Can't believe I was sent into after I was thawed out, only to help saving some penguins!" The bison thought, and said, "Well, it must be due to my crimes, despite it's been years, I still need to atone for my crimes."
"We do have a way to help you escape here," said a voice, the bison knew it is one of the two mysterious prisoners next to his cell.
The bison soon said, "I don't need help, I am happy to stay where I am at."
Another voice soon said, "Oh, but we insist, and you should say yes now, for in five minutes, we're busting out of here, along with our leader, who was in here two months ago."
The bison knew they will bug him until he accepts, and said, "Oh alright, give me whatever you annoying varmints have to help me out," a purple claw-like hand gave the bison what looks like a dark crystal-like object, then said, "I have a feeling I'm going to regret this."
The first voice soon said, "He took it!"
"Very vell," said another voice, which is Nosfearatu, he then said, "Nine and Eight, get ready to begin."
"We have names you know," the second voice said in annoyance.
Nosfearatu soon said, "I know, but I don't want anyone to know them yet, especially Fearbrave," he soon waves his hand, causing a hole to appear, in it was a figure, and he said to the figure, "Two, our member Four has finally accepted the Crystal, tell the others to get into position, and not to begin until midnight."
"Very well, One," the figure said, but he soon asked, "What about Five?"
"Five mustn't be identified, since she is undercover for us," Nosfearatu replied, paused, and said, "Oh, and one more thing, tell them not to hurt physically or kill anyone, only scare them."
Two soon thought, and said, "Very well," he soon sees the hole closed, and he soon said, "Alright, Thirteen, Twelve, Eleven, Ten, Seven, Six, and Three, our leader, One, has given us orders, to get into position, and not to begin until midnight, and do not hurt physically or kill anyone, only scare, understand."
Various okays, and got its were heard as a reply, and various figures moved everywhere, and waited.
Once it came to midnight, it began, member Two soon said, "Thirteen you're up first."
A man with brown hair and beard in a beige trench coat, red shades with golden frames, a cane, soon said, "Okay," he then pants a bit, so he will make it as if he was running, runs to the gate, and yells out, "Help! Help!" this caught the attention of the guard at the gate, who looked at him.
The guard soon asked, "What is the problem sir?"
Thirteen replied, "There's a monster, and it is after me!"
The guard looked suspicious, opened the gate, went out, looked around, and said, "I don't see a monster."
Thirteen soon adjusted his glove, and said, "Don't worry it is out there," he looks up, sees something, points up, and said, "There it is!" The guard looked up, sees what looks like a shadowy flying creature, and was shocked, though Thirteen soon ducked, while the creature swooped down, and carried the guard, causing him to scream, he soon said, "Remember, don't kill him, just scare him."
Nosfearatu soon heard a scream, which woke up his cell neighbors, and mutters, "Heeeeere they come!"
Thirteen soon looks at his wrist, and said, "Gate is opened, Twelve you're up."
Thirteen then moves out of the way, while Twelve moves slowly towards the Penitentiary. A guard soon sees Twelve, whose shadow of a broken lines on top of his head, as if they must've once been rabbit ears, and said, "Man, despite it is the month, it is still too early for Halloween," the guard soon smells him, and said, "Man, you really stink, it smells like you died in that costume!"
Twelve laughed, and said, "That's because I did die in this suit, to try and hide," the guard begins to feel concern about Twelve, as he continued, "You know, it's been a while since I killed someone," the guard was shocked at what Twelve said, ash he continued, "I don't care what One or Two says, you're going be my next victim," he maniacally laughs, but then he twitches, and said, "What is happening?!"
Nosfearatu soon said, "Nice try, Tvelve, but I said, no killing! I don't vant any blood on my hands during this escape, understand!" Twelve reluctantly nodded, then Nosfearatu said, "Good, now, perform your ability, and do it!"
Twelve looked at the guard, who was tensed at what happened, and said, "You're lucky, I'm not going to kill you," the guard felt a relief, but then Twelve said, "I am just going to scare you out of your wits!" The guard then tensed again, approaches the guard, and lunged at him with an earsplitting roar, causing the guard to scream in terror, and then fainted. Twelve soon said, "Eleven, send your henchmen to start the next move."
Very well, said a voice, who then said, "You know the plan, just don't kill anyone!" soon a short silhouette moves past Twelve and went towards the next guard.
The guard soon said, "What the heck are you supposed to be, a hooked handed Quasimodo," the figure soon made some nonintelligent sounds of anger, went to the guard, who said pulling out his taser, "Get back you, I am armed!" The figure then opened what might be his coat, which had a clinking-sounds, as if they might be weapons, the guard was surprised, and the figure took out what looks like a cannon, this guard soon backs away, and said, "No! No! Please!"
The figure lowers its back, to reveal what looks like Eleven, who was in a jar, and he said, "Boo!" The guard then screams in terror of what Eleven looks like, and fainted. Eleven soon said, "Okay, Ten, you're next to help out, you know what One said, no killing."
A young female guard was looking around, and said, "Man, three screams in one night, if this is a special early Halloween prank to scare us, I won't take part of it!" She looks around, when suddenly a man in some aristocratical suit, and a ponytail, caused her to jump a bit, but then she got back her composure, and said, "What are you doing here, sir?"
The man replied, "I am here to visit some acquaintances that are here in this prison."
The guard soon said, "I'm sorry, but visiting ours are over, I'm afraid I'm going to ask you to leave."
"Afraid," the man said, causing the guard to be confused, as the man said, "Wrong word to say during the witching hour."
The guard soon said, "Don't try and scare me with that superstitious nonsense," the man soon went to guard, who pulls out her gun, and said, "I am warning you, stay where you are, or I'll shoot!"
The man said, "You can't kill me, my lady," the woman knows she can kill him, and out of a bit of fear, shoots him, which hit him, but despite he felt a bit of pain, he said, in a wheeze, "I'm already dead!" The guard gasped at what the man said, who then grabs her, opened his mouth, which had sharp teeth, smiling at her, and roaring at her, causing her to scream in terror.
Nosfearatu soon sighs, and said, "Music to my ears."
The man, who is actually Ten, tosses the guard, who didn't have any bitemarks, since he is following Nosfearatu's orders not to kill, grabs some keys, went to a cell, and said, "Nine and Eight, I am here to get you out to get the stuff from evidence."
"Alright, let's get started on the next move, Eight," the skinny figure said.
"Very well, Nine," the fat figure said.
Nine soon said, "Don't worry Four, we'll bust you out when it is your time, which we will also get your things as well."
The bison, who is now called Four soon said, "Whatever, you annoying varmints!"
The two men went off to the evidence room, which was guarded by two guards. The guards see two, and said, "What, the two newcomers, what are you guys doing out of your cells?"
Eight replied, "Oh, we are just decided to bust out."
Nine soon said, "And you both should be scared of us, by our looks actually."
The guards look at the skins of the escapees, along with their wings and tails, they noticed what the escapees are, and both yelled out, "Demons!" They then screamed in terror, then fainted.
The duo laughed, and then Nine said, "Despite it was some unimpressed screams, at least we got some for our leader."
The duo then came out of evidence room, wearing snazzy tuxedos, and a vial of something. Eight then said, "Seven, you're up next."
A female guard is now looking around, hearing a lot of screaming caused her to be paranoid, but then heard some cackling, which sounds almost a bit quacking, a voice soon said, "Poor little girl, all alone at the midnight hour." The voice was really taunting her.
The guard soon looks up and noticed a round shadow with two stubs at the bottom of it and what looks like a crown, she soon screams out, " A Gh-Gh-Gh-Gh-Ghost!" she then fainted.
The ghost soon cackles, and then said, "Six, you're next!"
Soon a man with a lab coat, a red shirt, blue pants, blonde hair, and brown shoes was then getting ready. He soon sees some guards, and said, "Guards!" the guards look at him, and said, "Listen I need your help, I was researching on an experiment, but they soon broke out, we need to hide otherwise they will get us!" everyone soon heard a roar, and said, "Oh no, too late, they're here!"
The man, who is Six soon hid somewhere, and out came some monstrous reptilian creatures, the guards soon were shocked, and both yelled out, "Dinosaurs!" and they both screamed as the dinosaurs charged at the guards, but stopped in front of the guards, who both fainted in shock.
Six soon said, while the dinosaurs stood still, then said, "My work is done, but I don't know why Five didn't participate."
Nosfearatu soon said, "I know, but I didn't want Five's cover to be blown," he soon said, "Eight, Nine, get Four his clothes and his ways ready."
Nine soon said, "We're on the way, One."
The duo went to Four's cell, which Ten soon opens up, and then Eight said, "Here's your attire, Four."
Four then puts his attire on, which was a hide tunic and purple gloves, carries a horn around his neck, a bear trap over his shoulder, a canteen on his waist, and has a large wooden club with a crook on the top, which has a purple strap on it holding several animal tails. Four soon asked, "Okay, what do I do now?"
Nine then replied, while handing Four the vial, "Break this vial, and something will come out that you will control with the crystal we gave you."
Four then breaks the vial, then suddenly the white substance that was in it soon materialized into what humanoid creature with white eyes and sharp teeth. Four was shocked as the creature went to him, causing Four to wave the crystal, and then said, "Stop ya crazy varmint!" The creature stopped, then a guard came, and surprised at this. Four then said, "Give that man a scare, but don't kill him." The creature then charged at the guard, and roared at him, causing the guard to scream, and he fainted.
Ten soon said, "Three, you're next, we are getting close to our destination."
Soon some guards were guarding the entrance to solitary confinement, they soon noticed an elderly female with a grey dress, she soon asked, "Could you guys allow an old lady to see a dear friend?"
One of the guards soon replied, "I'm sorry madam, but visiting hours are way over."
The lady soon said, "Oh, I wish you should've said yes," soon a weird looking creature came out, and it soon roared at the guards, and they both scream in fear, then fainted, the lady, who is Three, soon said, "Two, the plan is nearly ready, get ready for the semifinal power for One."
Two soon said, "Very well, all of you leave as I unleash my power."
Two guards inside solitary confinement were guarding the prisoners, but then a man came to them with some gas around him, causing one to ask, "Who are you?"
Two replied, "I am your professor to help you."
"What are you talking about?" the same guard asked, but then noticed the gas, then felt a bit weird, along with his fellow guard.
One soon screams, and said, "Bugs! So many bugs! They're everywhere!"
The first guard tries to fight it, but then Two stabs him with something he had on his hand, and the guard soon began to look around, until what might be something that would get him caused him to scream, and so did his fellow guard.
With all those screams, Nosfearatu felt something, and soon said, "Yes! Yes! The power! The absolute Power of Fear!" He then laughs, as Two gave him his clothes, which looks like a vampire costume, which is a male's tuxedo from the Victorian Era with a puff shirt front, a vampire cape, and a silver amulet with a black gem in the middle. Using his powers, releases his fellow cell neighbors, and said, "Now, my fellow neighbors, you have a choice, either serve me and be free from prison, or stay in prison and vait until Two's gas take effect on you." The neighbors were a bit scared, as Nosfearatu said, "Choose visely."
"We want to serve you for freedom from prison!" all three of them exclaimed out loud.
"A vise decision," Nosfearatu said, went to Two, and said, "Now, let's rejoin the others, and get out of here!"
So, they all left the prison, leaving a scene of terror as well.
