Later on that day
Haley raided her closet. The guy she met named Nathan Scott.
Had left her a business card. Which she may of called more then once just to make sure this wasn't a joke.
The number was very real.
Things like this didn't happen to Haley. She had her work at the cafe. Her best friend Lucas Scott. And her sisters.
Who at this point lived together because they were both single.
"This is why i don't date. What do i wear.? What do we talk about.?"
"What if he thinks i'm boring or even more terrifying what if he ends up liking me.?"
"I'm sweating. And rambling. I should call and cancel."
"I can't do this." Haley proclaimed.
Taylor and Quinn James looked to each other then back at their sister.
"Take a breath. I'm getting you some water."
"And maybe something to calm you're nerves." Quinn said.
"You are not canceling. This is Nathan Scott. Three point leading scorer. Bobcats basketball."
"There are women who would give anything to talk to and spend time with him."
"He asked you to get a drink not to get married."
"Have fun. Don't think so much" Taylor added in.
Haley took a breath. And walked towards Taylor's closet.
She searched through the various outfits and picked one out.
Laying it on the bed nearby.
"Here's you're water." Quinn said.
Haley took the glass of water and drank it.
"I'll let the two of you know how it goes." Haley said.
Grabbing the outfit as she headed into the bathroom to change and apply her makeup.

"Peyton has been calling me and texting me all about you."
"This back and forth the two of you do."
"The two of you break up then a few weeks later. Back together again"
"I was there when it started and i've been there for the fallout when it ends. Keep the make up sex off my bed this time." Brooke said. Before leaving the restaurant.
Nathan eyes were glued to the entrance. Brooke. Tim. Peyton.
They were wrong. Haley was his new beginning.
At the sight of her Nathan's breath was taken away.
She had on a yellow curve hugging dress and black heels.
Haley's smile was bright. She sat down across the table at Nathan.
"Tell me everything about you." Nathan insisted.
Haley took the appetizers menu he had offered her.
And took in the shirt he was wearing that brought out the blue in his eyes.
The two spent hours just talking. Before they knew it. The restaurant was closing for the night.
