Chapter 1

One Day, Sam-I-Am Arrived at Guy-Am-I's House to visit his best friend, Guy-Am-I. He had a Fishing pole, Fishing License, and Goggles for eye protection, and Gloves for protection.

"What a SWELL day to go fishing," said Sam-I-Am happily. "I will ring the Doorbell and ask my friend and see if he wanted to go fishing with me. Oh BOY! This is going to be the Swell Day ever. I can't wait to catch a Fish."

So, Sam-I-Am, NOT knowing that the Note was on the Door at First, rang the Doorbell, and Waited Patiently For Guy-Am-I to Answer the Door... But there was No Answer.

"That's Funny," Said Sam-I-Am. "There is NO answer. I Guess I will have to TRY AGAIN Tomorrow."

The Next Day, He visited Guy-Am-I's House again.

"I Hope Guy-Am-I is at Home this time," He said. "I will Ring the Doorbell Again for the second time."

He Rang the Door again, And He waited VERY, VERY Patiently for his Friend, Guy-Am-I, to Answer the Door… But there is STILL No Answer.

"Huh," said Sam-I-Am as He slowly become Sadder. "That was the Second Time that Guy-Am-I did NOT answer the Door, I wonder why He is Avoiding Me? I'll Try Again, Tomorrow." So Sam-I-Am Went Home. Until the Very Next Day… Sam-I-Am Came by Guy-Am-I's House again, But He still did Not Notice the Message Guy-Am-I Wrote Down. It's Been Three Days Since Guy-Am-I was Gone, And He has NOT yet Return.

"This is the Last Time That I am going to Ring the Doorbell," He said. So He rang the Doorbell one last time, He tried very Hard to Smile, But His Smile is Not as Strong as it used to be. But He Waited Very, Very, Very Patiently For Guy-Am-I to Answer the Door. Just as The Mouse and the Fox Came to see what Sam-I-Am is up to.

"Hi, Sam," said the Mouse.

"Hello, Sam," said the Fox. "What's Going on?"

"Hi, Guys," said Sam-I-Am, With a Weak-Smile. "I Am Waiting for my Best Friend Guy-Am-I to Answer the Door."

"You look sad," said the Mouse. "Is Everything Okay?"

"It's been Three Days since He did NOT answered the Door," said Sam.

"That's Because Guy-Am-I is on Vacation," said the Mouse. "And He left the Note on the Front Door."

"Note?" asked Sam-I-Am. "What Note?"

"The Note on the Door," Said the Fox. "Why didn't you see the Note? Haven't you Forgotten to Read the Note?"

"Oh," said Sam-I-Am. "That Note. He he, Silly me, I forgot about that. Wait… 'Note'! That rhymes with 'Goat', and 'Boat'"

"Just Read the Note, Okay?" said the Mouse.

"Okay," said Sam-I-Am, as he took the note from the door and read it.

The note reads, "Dear Sam-I-Am, I am Not home at the Moment because I am ON VACATION. However, I do recommend that you have to go fishing with your other friends, the Mouse and the Fox, only when they are NOT busy, While I'm Gone. But anyways, I have to Warn you though… Do go Freely fishing in the River or Lake, But do NOT go Fishing in the Forbidden Underground River. In other words, do NOT Bath or Drink the Underground River, Otherwise, You will disappear if you Do, Unless you have taken MY WARNING Seriously! The River can be Beautiful and Pleasant to the Eyes, and it is Mixed with Apple and Lava. It may taste good, But it can Smell like terrible. It is filled with Void and Departing Souls. Just take the Boat, It'll keep you safe. Anyways, Stay Safe, and Remember, Keep your Caution Maximum! - Signed, Guy-Am-I… P.S., You have been warned."

"Huh," said Sam-I-Am. "No Wonder Guy-Am-I is Not Answering the Door since… Three Days. But I am NOT sure what the Forbidden Underground River Looks like."

"What does it Look like?" asked the Mouse.

"And What Vacation is Guy on?" asked the Fox.

"I'm Not Sure," said Sam-I-Am. "But there is only one way to find out our own Meanings."

"What's That?" asked the Mouse and the Fox.

"We are going to investigate." said Sam-I-Am

"What do we do during our investigation?" asked the Mouse.

"Let's ask some Random People in Seussville about where the Forbidden Underground River is."

So Sam-I-Am and his Companions, The Mouse and the Fox went to Investigate.
