Both Lawyer Kong and Meggy stated valid points, reasons and evidence. There were too many to say, and they had been like that for five minutes.
'I'm bored...' Mario moaned during the trial, spinning in circles. 'That's the only way of saving our friends, though.' SMG4 said, 'You won't want us to disappear again, right?'
Suddenly, 'Objection!' Meggy shouted, 'You, or Nintendo, can create Mario clones! It is unneeded to take Mario, from the SMG4 Universe, back!'
'Hold it!' Lawyer Kong shouted, 'Firstly, we cannot create Mario clones. Even with a Double Cherry, it's only a substitute which will vanish after being hit!'
'Unfortunately, this is true,' SMG4 said, 'Nintendo doesn't have an official clone for Mario.'
'Hold it!' Meggy objected, 'We are still in the SMG4 Universe. If Mario dies, none of us can live here--'
'Objection!' Lawyer Kong delivered the final blow, 'Mario can be taken away without harm, and thus, your point doesn't stand!'
'...' Meggy remained speechless. He has a point--Mario being taken away doesn't affect the Universe much.
'They will only have an appearance change, so that it isn't copyrighted,' Lawyer Kong added, 'And there will be no harm to Mario.'
'But--'
'And the trial has ended. The defensive side has won,' Kirby announced. Lawyer Kong, by force, grabbed the Nintendo characters with him.'Any last words?' Lawyer Kong grinned.
'...Lawyer, may I ask something?' SMG4 asked.
'Go ahead,' the lawyer replied.
'What if I...What if I delete all videos and start as an original character-based content creator?'
'Your channel remains. And now...say goodbye before they get legalized, if you want.'
