"HORIZON VALLEY"
CHAPTER 2: Dragon Buddy
Iris showing off her luscious white gown with beautiful brown locks approaches the Horizon Valley.
"She said this is the place" Iris said as she makes her way into the kingdom.
While walking through the town Axew pops out of Iris's hair.
"So, you're organising for me to attend this academy today?" Axew asks
"Of course, Axew you'll make so many friends here. Serena told me all about it" Iris said with a smile.
"Oh okay…" Axew replied.
Now arriving at the entry of the kingdom Iris and Axew greeted Serena at the frontside of the palace.
"IRIS it's so nice for you to be here" Serena explains
"Thank you!" Iris responds with a smile.
"Here, come inside I have tea ready". Serena said as she makes her way back inside.
Inside the palace as Iris and Serena has some tea while Axew explored the long green grass that was outside.
"So that's why we came Serena, Axew has been really lonely lately and I want him to spend some time with creatures he's own age." Iris says while sipping her tea.
"I understand, it's always nice to have a Pokémon come to the Horizon Valley from another kingdom." Serena adds.
"I just want Axew to get fitter and in shape" Iris explains as she finishes off her cup of tea.
"Well anyways, it's time for us both to head off as its starting to get dark and we want to make it home before dinner." Iris adds as she stands up out of seat calling for Axew.
"Okay, I'll see you again soon Iris. Thanks for stopping by" Serena says as she begins to clean up the afternoon mess.
Later that night at the dragon kingdom Iris tucked Axew and Emoga in bed as the night came to an end.
"Iris!" Axew asks
"Yes Axew" Iris replies looking him in the eyes
"Do you remember the old warrior, Steven Stone?" Axew asks
"Of course! Everyone knows him" Iris responds
"Will me and Emoga get the chance to meet him one day?" Axew asks
"Of course!" Iris says with a smile
"Then what does he do every day?" Emoga asks
"Trains with other Pokémon's." Iris says
"OH!" Axew adds
"Anyways goodnight!" Iris responds
"Wait, can you sing us a little song so we can fall asleep?" Axew asks
"Well, okay" Iris says as she starts to clear her throat to begin singing "What's Love got to do with it".

Iris had her eyes closed singing passionately while Emoga and Axew both began to dose off to sleep. Iris continued singing
"You must try to ignore that it means more than that

Iris than brought her face close to Axew as she started to rest hers on his as Axew started to fall asleep on his bed. Iris than pulled Axew's doona up above his chest and properly tucked him in by kissing his forehead. She than scans the room to Emoga who had already fallen asleep.
(THE NEXT DAY)
After breakfast had finished Axew and Emoga made their way to the palace for their first day of academy training. As they meet up with Scorbunny, Sobble and Grooky.
"Oh, hey Emoga you're here. Is this Axew that you've been talking about? Scorbunny asks
"Of course, can we just take it easy on him today as it's his first day." Emoga said as Axew was standing behind her.
The palace gates begin to open.
"Looks like it's time to go in" Grooky said as everyone began to make their way through.
They all met Serena by the big tree and sat on the grass tree making complete eye contact with Serena as she began to give instructions for the day ahead.
"Good morning, everyone." Serena says in a greeting tone
"Good morning, Princess" everyone replies in a loud, excited tone.
"Today we're going to share in some singing" Serena states.
"That's what we're doing today?" Axew whispers to himself
Everyone cheers in quite happiness.
"You mean we get to sing our favourite songs?" Chespin asks
"Of course! Now who would like to go first? Serena questions the contestants
"Oh, I got one, I got one." Chespin screams out loud
"Yes, Chespin go ahead, I can't wait to hear It." Serena responds
Chespin shifts through songs he loves in his head and agrees to go with Gangstas Paradise.

Everyone applauded his efforts.
"Wow I love that one. It has a really cool feel to it." Serena congratulates Chespin
"Alright, Who's next?" Serena asks
"Me!" Emoga yells
"Yes Emoga, show us what you got." Serena says
Emoga decides to sing her favourite Jessie J song 'Price tag'

The group cheered in shock for Emoga's talented efforts.
"I've been working on that one a lot." Emoga said with a sigh.
"Very impressive" Serena responds while clapping her hands.
Axew than ran away to hide behind another tree as everyone turned to him.
Later that day as everyone finished singing Iris came to pick up Emoga and Axew. Serena came to meet her to discuss some concerns she had today.
"Axew didn't really speak much today, is everything okay?" Serena asks Iris
"He always feels comfortable around me, especially when I'm singing. Iris responds.
"Well actually I'm planning something big for him and the rest of the crew to organise a sleepover back at my place." Iris adds
"That sounds like an excellent idea, I'll make sure I get everyone to ask their parents for permission." Serena says
"When are you thinking of having the sleepover?" Serena adds
"Sometime next week was when I was thinking I'll keep you updated." Iris responds as she collects Axew and Emoga and starts the trek home.
Back at the dragon kingdom Axew and Emoga began to indulge in some Raman Iris had prepared for them.
"Are you okay Axew?" Iris asks
"Yeah, kind of." Axew responds
"I know you always feel safe around me but I promise you can always feel safe around Serena too, she's like family." Iris explains
"Oh okay." Axew answers as he finishes slurping the remaining liquid in his bowl.
"Princess, you have a visitor" Excardrill says.
"Who is it?" Iris asks
"It's Steven Stone!" Excardrill replied
Iris gasps for air, "He's here?" Iris asks in shock.
"Yes, he's waiting by the entrance" Excardrill states
Axew jumps into Iris's hair before making their way down to the entrance to greet Steven Stone.
Steven Stone wearing a blue denim jacket and tight blue jeans with a fancy getup underneath it all.
"Quite a beautiful place you got here princess." Steven says
"Oh, Steven, I didn't realise you were coming here." Iris says as she makes her way towards him.
"It's okay I've been visiting every Pokémon kingdom that I can find." Steven explains
"So where is Axew?" Steven asks.
Axew then proceeds to jump out of Iris's hair with a shy look on his face.
"It's okay Axew you can say hi!" Iris says to Axew.
"Mmm, Hi!" Axew says as he mumbles he's sentence.
"Hey there, I heard you act really brave around big dragon type Pokémon's. Is that true?" Steven says with a smile.
Axew then nods.
"And you're very lucky to be having a sleepover with Pokémon's your size". Steven explains
"Wait a minute, how do you know about this sleepover?" Iris says as Steven interrupted her.
"Serena told me!"
"Oh, of course she did". Iris said as she rolls her eyes.
"Anyways I was just coming to tell you that I'll be there too. Steven says.
"Wait really? Iris responds
"Yes, really, I'm going to be bringing my own Pokémon's and I have a big surprise for everyone. Steven states.
"Oh, how exciting" Iris reacts.
"Anyway, I'll be back next week. I hope Axew is ready. Steven Says as he leaves the kingdom.
(ONE WEEK LATER)
Scorbunny, Sobble and Grooky started packing things they needed for their sleepover.
"We're going to the dragon kingdom for a sleepover? Well, that's something I tell you." Scorbunny says
"Yeah, I'm a bit nervous" Sobble replies in an anxious tone.
"Oh, come on Sobble haven't you met Iris? She has huge hair. Scorbunny says.
"I heard she has a garden area at the palace." Scorbunny adds
"She has a garden area? I really hope none of the other Pokémon dragons accidently set her pretty flowers into flames." Sobble states.
"Boys! It's time to go! You don't want to be late." Cinderace yells from downstairs.
"Coming Mum! Scorbunny replies
"Have you ever been to other Pokémon kingdoms? Scorbunny asks
Of course, I have, I remember going to this place called the blue fire kingdom. Cinderace says
"Oh wow, what's it like there? Sobble asks
"I'll tell you another day kiddo." Cinderace replies
"Oh, there's another group, better go and catch up, Have a great night you three." Cinderace adds as she watches them leave.
"Bye Mum!" Scorbunny says with an excited look on his face.
It didn't take long for the group to arrive at the dragon kingdom. As they saw Iris and other dragon type Pokémon's that hooked up night lights to make the scenery look more comforting for the sleepover.
"I'm so glad you all made it, please sit in a group." Iris says
"And now we have someone special arriving soon.
*gasps*
"Oh, there he is now". Iris finishes in amazement
"Who exactly?" Scorbunny asks
They showed over in the corner where Steven Stone and his Pokémon's entered the palace with 'Banana Boat' playing in the background. Steven Stone, Lairon, Scizor and Alolan Sandslash
Start singing.
