"And now, breaking news from New York, where the law office GLK and H from California is now enforcing that all superhero cases must be transferred to their superhuman division. Here's Tracy Leon with the scoop outside of N & M in Hell's Kitchen."

"Thanks, James. Like he said, the law office GLK and H that operates in Los Angeles, California is seemingly going from law office to law office and transferring every superhuman related case to their superhame division currently run by Jennifer Walters, also known as She-Hulk, according to our sources. This includes the highly publicized case of Peter Parker vs. London, where the young vigilante is accused of terrorism and the murder of Mysterio last summer. Last we had heard, Captain America was negotiating some sort of release after Parker was transferred from The Raft to house arrest earlier this fall along with Parker's highly publicized lawyer, Matt Murdock. We are now waiting outside of N & M law office, hoping to get an exclusive statement from Matt Murdock himself. Until then, back to you, James."

Peter swallowed as he sat in the California law office, his palms sweaty with nerves and his ankle monitor itching against his ankle. He was only mildly reassured by May's hand on his shoulder about this whole situation, especially because he could hear his new lawyer clearly on her phone in her office and she was obviously angry.

"-this is so much of a workload that I'm actually drowning in it. I have over fifteen cases that I have to review today and that includes one of the most publicized cases in the past year-. Yes, I'm going to have Nikki and Pug take some. Yes, I'm keeping the Parker case. Matt, I will read your notes on it tonight after work-"

'She's on a first name basis with Mr. Murdock?'

"Yes, I should be able to get drinks with you afterwards unless you keep me on the phone."

'Is she dating him?'

But before he could ponder on that at all, after hearing something that sounded like "I am not just another guest star in someone else's story," the door opened to the office and out walked She-Hulk, towering at least a foot over everyone else; if Peter hadn't had so much experience with Bruce, he'd be mildly worried, but he was more so worried about how his case would be handled instead of getting beat up.

"Hey, come on in," She insisted and they both followed her in, sitting down at the desk, "I first just want to apologize for this. Getting all these cases transferred with zero notice to the clients beforehand is not how I work, at all, especially when the case is pro bono."

"I for one, am just grateful that you're continuing to take it on pro bono," May insisted, "but this isn't about me."

"So, Peter," Jen turned with a professional smile, "why don't we just go over your testimony?"

Peter swallowed with a nod and collected himself, hearing May say something about taking his time, before taking a deep breath and starting from the field trip. How he thought Mysterio was helping him, teaming up with him to defeat the elementals with Maria Hill and Nick Fury, only to find out that they were holograms and that it was planned, but when he went to stop him, how he ended up killed in the process.

By the time he finished speaking, he had to fight to keep his tears to himself especially when May reassuringly squeezed his shoulder.

"Do you want the good news?" Jen asked softly as she pushed the tissue box towards him, "I have to look over London's case and go through the evidence that your previous lawyer gathered, but these charges are too circumstantial and it looks like London is just wanting to pin this on you since Mysterio is dead."

"Realy?"

"Yep," Jen smiled as she typed in something on her computer, "I'll stay in touch with you two, but they just want to blame someone and the super powered individual is the easiest target to blame. Trust me on that."

"Thanks, Ms. Walters." Peter smiled as they got up to leave.

"No problem, and call me Jen."
