Chapter 3: Bob has to do community service
The following day, Bob was put to work with the other convicts of the minimum security prison. Bob was raking up wrappers, when that old cell-mate of his, grabs his arm that's holding the rake, and says, "You're still hot!" Before the man could react or pull his arm away, the other kisses him with tons of passion. Bob knew that Wiggum wouldn't take him kissing back well, but this man started by making him drop the rake. Bob liked men now, no question about it, but the real love of his life was Wiggum.
The convict that was kissing him, soon starts licking his lower lip, sort of massaging it. Bob couldn't avoid the urge to open his mouth for more than half a second, so he does. The officers start seeing this, and rush over, using their batons to bang the one convict's head, telling him, "GET BACK TO WORK, CIVILIAN!" Bob was a little about this saying, "Gentlemen, can't this man have some more romance from the prior mayor?" One officer tells Bob, "You don't get to choose!"
Bob looks into the other convict's eyes, then remembers how he still has feelings for Clancy, and tells him, "I forgot I love the chief!" The other convict feels sad, he wanted Bob to be his.
