Post Credits Epilogue

The End of Sora's Story

When Sora, Asuka, and Yumi finished telling everyone their story of how they stopped Fubuki from destroying everything they cherished, Tohka finally broke the silence.

"Wow… So, Asuka didn't want to lose everyone she cherished, because she shared in your belief of no meaningless sacrifices?" she asked.

"That's right, Tohka. Fubuki took Ikaruga, Katsuragi, Yagyu, and Hibari hostage, all so that she could make her become so confused and wrapped up in believing that she could make her destiny be truly set in stone, until my daring sacrifice broke her free of what I'd call a terrible curse. But it wasn't just any curse, it was the curse of vengeance," replied Sora.

There were some murmurs from the group, but at the very least, they knew that Sora was indeed speaking the truth. And yet, Miku, the idol who's whole life spiraled out of control, after Sephiroth tried to kill her, slowly began to understand what Asuka had gone through back then.

"Even still, my belief in vengeance was very much like her own, until Shido helped me realize that revenge doesn't make things better. It only made things worse for me. I foamed, ranted, raved, and even tried to turn this world into ashes, but Sephiroth's truth about his intentions actually made me feel the same way you feel about him, after you told me about Nehelenia's death, Sora. All that anger, hatred, and bloodlust I felt, it's just like your own. But, thanks to Shido, I've learned something from that story you told me about how you, Asuka, Yumi, and all of your friends saved Fubuki from her blind faith in vengeance, and restored her belief in justice. It got me thinking. If I'm ever about to fall into darkness, the first thing I'll tell myself is to never be afraid of who I am, even though Vanitas said that dark me is like an evil twin, living in my heart, so I promise to not lose myself to that darkness, and to accept that you'll always find a way to help Shido bring me back to my senses," Tohka said.

"That's right. And we will also be there as well, Sora. We, the magical girls who came from Madoka's world, but from another time where we once waged a war with each other, until we learned the terrible truth about the Wings of the Magius, that they planned to have all witches come to a city called Kamihama, so that they along with Walpurgisnacht were destroyed by their hands, only to realize the terrible truth about Sephiroth's master plan, to have all that darkness in our soul gems absorbed into himself, along with Kyubey and his brethren from that world they came from. He's truly become Entropy Incarnate, and we, the magical girls of the world we come from, are proud to stand by your side, Sora, Hero of Mitakihara," came a voice from nearby.

Sora turned around him, and there to his surprise were more magical girls from Madoka's world, that even he couldn't count. They introduced themselves to him, although some would be a little misgiving about him, but accepted him as that very hero who saved them from their dark fate, as well as helped the magical girl that Walpurgisnacht was finally able to rest in peace.

"I'd also be happy to be by your side, because I also wish to help out too, Big Brother Sora," a familiar voice said.

It was Nagisa Momoe, the magical girl who turned into Charlotte, but was suddenly restored to life by Homura within the Afterlife of Kingdom Hearts. These other magical girls that Sora didn't know about, and were suddenly transported from their world to the world that Shido and his family lived on, by some strange force that told them of the hero of Mitakihara that saved the magical girl the final witch had become long ago. They were none other than, Iroha Tamaki, Yachiyo Nanami, Tsuruno Yui, Sana Futaba, Felecia Mitsuki, Mifuyu Azusa, Touka Satomi, Nemu Hiiragi, Rena Minami, Momoko Togame, Kaede Akino, Kanagi Izumi, Mitama Yakumo, Tsukuyo and Tsukasa Amane. All of those magical girls had learned of what became of Homura Akemi, the magical girl who wanted to be Madoka's guardian angel, but sadly passed away after naming Sora and her very best friend her living legacy. After introductions were made, the magical girls of that alternate universe had fully been inducted into the ranks of the Warriors of Light, as well as volunteer members of the RGRO.

"We all sensed what you and your friends did, to save all magical girls from the darkness, and now both Ui and Kuroe are finally able to rest peacefully in the afterlife, a place called Kingdom Hearts, after their hearts traveled to your universe, thanks to this strange connection that brought us to you. You see, the world we are part of, magical girls were still destined to become witches, but then we had a vision, and we saw you, the Keyblade Master of Light, saving all magical girls from what Kyubey and is brethren had been planning, along with Sephiroth, Kurai, and the Imperial forces of the Niflheim Empire. You saved us from ourselves, and we'd gladly stand with you, granting you even greater strength. Now we can be with people who are like us, or are different from us. The Wings of the Magius have disbanded after they heard of your actions, and Homura's sacrifice to save Madoka from the darkness, but you were able to help her be at peace, knowing that she'd always be happy, which is why us Magical Girls would be happy to be Warriors of Light, thanks to the difference you made for Mami, who's happily by Roxas' side," Iroha explained.

But of course, Miku suddenly became excited.

"Oh my gosh, they all look so cute, Darling!" she cried out happily.

"KYA! Back off, you musically gifted moof-milker!" shrilled Rena.

"Rena, please, be nice," hissed Kaede.

She turned to the others.

"Anyway, I was surprised when I saw Sora help Madoka finally defeat the last witch," she said to the others.

"That's right. Even though I still refused to be close to anyone, a part of myself, my doppel, said that I deserved to be alone, and that I'll always play the part of the lone she-wolf. But, after seeing Sora for the first time, I suddenly began to think. Is being a loner the right thing for me? I thought of that for a very long time, until I decided that I was being a giant idiot, like Sayaka was, and immediately changed my ways, so that I could be with a family of my own," added Yachiyo.

"Also, about Rena. Sure she may come off as hostile, but she's a good person, despite lacking any charm, as well as wit. Still she's got a lance on her person like Yachiyo, even though she has a very silver tongue," grinned Momoko.

"I don't have a silver tongue all the time!" quipped the other bluette.

"Be nice!" whispered Kaede.

"I'm doing my best…" she grumbled.

"Still, you gotta keep it together, Rena. Do you really want to say that your friendship with Kaede is permanently ended this time, after what you just said?" asked Momoko.

"N-no… I learned my lesson the last time after I said those horrible things, even though I wished to be a different person who's not the way that I am. But, after seeing that vision, history suddenly changed for all of us. Our darkness is gone, which means that the doppels of the witches we'd ultimately turn into don't exist in this universe," replied the bluette.

"Actually, you've been glum for a very long time, as well as acting distant like I was, until I realized that I was wrong. I hadn't been running away from my friends and family, I was running away from myself, after I chose to leave the White Fang, but Adam Taurus, the man I once loved, had lost himself to darkness, and nearly became a lost cause. However, Sora saved him from that darkness, which Salem placed into his heart, even after he was slain by mine and Yang's hands. But I heard him asking

"Well, yeah, but thanks to Sora and Team SKYYLAR, before Asuka, Yumi, and Cody joined them, I've actually asked Riku if he was okay with me being his girlfriend, even though he's got Sunset, Kyouka, and now Mana by his side. Also, this kid, Chibiusa, is now our very own little sister. Heh heh heh… It feels kind of funny hearing her call us Big Brother Riku, Big Sister Sunset, Big Sister Mana, and Big Sister Kyouka. Boy, that's a mouthful," smirked Sayaka.

But then she grew serious.

"But, after becoming Oktavia Von Seckendorff, the Mermaid Witch, and being saved by Sora's use of the power of waking, I've been learning how to actually let go of my insecurities, as well as working hard to be a better person. That's why I chose to be a different kind of magical girl, who walks neither the road of light nor darkness, but walks the road to dawn," she said.

"A pretty big lesson that she learned after that horrible truth about what magical girls were originally meant to become. Every witch that we'd turn into would have a name. One such example being, if I truly lost myself to darkness, I'd turn into Ophelia, Mami would become Calandero, Homura would turn into Homulily, and Madoka, Krimhilde Gretchen. They're the worst parts of ourselves, but we were also aware of how to summon our doppels. However, in the final battle with Walpurgisnacht, after Sora had saved me, Sayaka, and Mami from death, Kurai appeared and tried to have Madoka killed, but Homura fought bravely against him, until it left her in a near-death like state, which actually shocked me and everyone else. But to Madoka, she blamed herself, and even admitted that being with Homura caused her nothing but heartache, so she apologized to her, and asked Kyubey to grant her her wish, to attain the power to protect those she cherishes with all her heart, and to be just as brave and strong as Sora. Even after what happened, we clashed with Walpurgisnacht, who had been turned into an Arbiter of Destiny by Sephiroth's hands, and in the end, we defeated her, when Madoka fired the shot that helped the magical girl she once was rest in peace. But our fight wasn't over yet. We had to contend with Sephiroth, the One-Winged Angel. He wanted Vanitas as his apprentice, but he was defeated, for now," explained Mami.

"Still, even though Alina Gray, the magical girl who wanted a world free of witches, her blindness to that belief, as well as her wish, it turned her into a lost cause, and we had no choice but to eliminate her. But in doing so we learned of the change in destiny, where Sora, his friends, and the Puella Magi Holy Quintet destroyed the final witch in their universe, and so came her, free of darkness, and without the need of the Wings of the Magius, a regime that was hell bent on bringing forth ruination to all things, but then we learned that it was all the Empire's doing, so they chose to defy them of their own free will," said Iroha.

But then she looked at Sora, and held up her soul gem.

"Speaking of which…"she added, and she changed into her magical girl form.

"What do you think of my magical girl outfit, Sora?" asked the pinkette.

"It looks cute, Iroha. I like it," replied Sora.

"Really!?" Iroha asked excitedly.

"Of course," he grinned.

"Yay! I'm so happy you think so, Sora!" she cheered.

Yachiyo gave a quiet giggle, although Rena would sometimes make a choking sound, even though she was happy for her friend.

"Rena, please!" Weiss said, taking her hand.

"Also, don't call Weiss Ice Queen," added Yang.

"Fine, I won't," sighed Rena.

Weiss was rather surprised to hear Yang warn someone about that rude nickname, which did make her feel at ease.

"Thank you, Yang. I actually appreciate your warning to those about how I shouldn't be called Ice Queen," she said, feeling a strong sense of relief.

"Anyway, Rena, even though I shouldn't bother getting any stupid ideas about you, and that you prefer not to do anything for any of us, your decision to join the Warriors of Light is yours alone. We can't choose for you," Riku said to her.

"Speaking of which, if it's okay with you, Riku, I'd like to be part of your family, if the others don't mind," inquired Yachiyo.

"Actually, we'd be honored, Yachiyo. And it'll also mean that Chibiusa's just gained a new Big Sister," replied Sunset.

But finally, Rena snapped.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH! What am I supposed to say? You tell me it's my decision… But I don't have a choice, do I? You're the only one who can tell me why Homura died anyways! I want to be with you! I want to!" she howled.

But she turned away, feeling remorseful of her outburst.

"Irritating. I know. Or are you afraid?" Riku asked her.

Rena didn't answer him, until she felt his hand resting on her shoulder.

"It's okay, Rena," he assured her.

Finally, Rena, after letting go of her emotional and mental barriers, quelled the frustration that had been plaguing her for so long.

"Riku? Will you promise to be with me? Along with everyone else?" Rena asked.

"You know I would. Of course," he replied.

Then Riku felt her arms wrap around him, and she cried out her negativity, hoping that it would finally fade away. It made everyone surprised to see this sensitive side of her, but they maintained their silence until she stopped crying.

"If it's alright, I was wondering if you could have me by your side, Terra," said Kaede.

"Yep, I'm sure Mako won't mind, considering that when all of us become friends, we are also family," replied Terra.

"I'd like to be by your side, Ven, if it's okay with you," said Momoko.

"Yeah, and I'll also be there for you, Momoko," Replied Ventus.

Even the other magical girls agreed to be with those whom they felt a strong connection to, and by that point, their ranks had further increased. However, Yachiyo turned and looked at Sora.

"Hey, Sora, I never thought I'd hear myself say this, but I'm actually glad to have met you," she said to him.

"Yeah, and I'm glad to meet you too, Yachiyo," replied Sora.

He turned and looked up at the sky, just as Madoka gently kissed his cheek.

"All those magical girls who heard of your endeavors to save them from the darkness, they're right about you being the Hero of Mitakihara, Sora. If it wasn't for you, then the world as we know it would be destroyed by Walpurgisnacht, Sephiroth, and Kurai. But we never lost faith in the Fire of Hope, because Homura did ensure that I could change my destiny, and defy what Kyubey believed was written in the Book of the Stone. That's something I love about you so much. And you know what else? I'm also a Hero of Mitakihara, just like you are. That's why, thanks to her naming us her living legacy, we'll keep fighting the darkness, and the Empire. That's what Warriors of Light do. As for these other magical girls, they're the greatest reinforcement that we've needed for a long time, and they're actually happy to be with all the other guys who see parts of themselves in them," explained Madoka.

"Yeah. We're their heroes. And now they've joined in and become part of our family. Also, Cody would probably be happy to have Sana Futaba as his girlfriend, so that she can do some espionage and spying on what the Empire's up to, as well as return to our side with some useful information about their plans, just like Even and Ienzo did, when they were asked to spy on the Death Busters for the RGRO by Reeve, despite our rocky alliance with Haruka and Michiru," replied Sora.

"And I see that Roxas and Iroha have become a couple themselves, Sora, while Tsuruno and Axel are together, even though Rei and Kyoko sound like an old married couple when they're arguing," smiled Rebecca.

"We're not an old married couple! Hey! I'm talking!" Rei and Kyoko barked at them.

"Oh, give it a rest you hot-headed bozos. Unless you want me to replay the horrible image of Donald getting hangry, before someone has the chance to say, 'Mom, Dad, please stop fighting', to the both of you. Seriously though, if I watched a show where the main guy has many girlfriends arguing with each other about who he loves the most, it'd lead to all out chaos and ruination, and that's something Sora really hates with all his guts," warned Axel.

"Yeah, you guys oughta take a couple of chills, or else Tohka will go magnitude 9001," smirked Tsuruno.

"Aw, crap!" groaned Kyoko.

"Also, don't make your arguing in front of another of my friends, Mio Naruse, lead to her threatening to do something super immoral, like ripping and tearing your guts out 100 times," added Ruby.

"Rip and tear our guts out 100 times!?" gasped Rei.

She made a squeaking sound that did sound cute, but made everyone laugh at her.

"Why me…?" she moaned.

"That's our Rei," everyone said together.

"Yeah, you got me. No matter who I am, I'm always the same old Rei Hino you know so well," admitted Rei.

"Still, I think we should all honor Homura's memory, let her know that even though she's gone, the Madoka we see would be happy to have that. But at the same time, I'm really happy that Iroha and Roxas are together, and even Mami's more than willing to help her know that loneliness will always be the enemy of all people, including us," said Felicia.

"That sounds like a good idea to all of us," replied Miku.

"So, Miss Izayoi, I never got a chance to say this, but I actually do like idols, as well as cute things like stuffed animals, but I'm also pretty tomboyish, thanks to my two brothers. But, I will say that it's a pleasure to meet you, as well as everyone else," said Momoko.

It did make Miku happy, one glance from Sana did let her know that she was cute like Ruby, Madoka, and many of the other magical girls.

"Thank you, Momoko," she said to her.

"Uh, yeah, what Miku said," added Shido.

Tohka nodded in agreement with them, despite the shadow of envy trying to take hold of her heart.

"Also, about my wish to confess my true feelings to a guy that I really like, it's finally become a reality, thanks to my meeting with Ven," admitted the blonde machete wielder.

"Even though I wanted to be someone else, despite my gruffness, I actually do like sweet things, Riku, so I'd like to try one of those strawberry sundaes Sora likes so much, due to those visions I saw of him," Rena said.

Riku thought about it for a moment, but turned to Sunset.

"We've all tried them, and they're really sweet, Rena. Also, don't be afraid of who you are, even if you want to be something different, despite your uneasiness of opening your heart to anyone. I was like that once, after I fell into darkness back then, but thanks to Twilight and the others, I let go of that darkness. And now, thanks to Sora, Riku told me about his past, and that he had done a lot of terrible things on his own, until Xehanort turned him into his puppet, but he's past that now. He's learned that darkness is not inherently evil, and that he can still use it for good, just like how I can use it for good too," she assured her.

"Y-yeah. You're right, Sunset. I never felt like I could be the kind of girl who'd face my fears, which made me cold and callous to others, but after telling Kaede that our friendship was over, I'd gone too far. I think the reason being is that I'd wish to be a better person, because of how I'm too much of a narcissist, as well as afraid of opening myself to people, which makes me a really cynical idiot," sighed the light bluette.

"Rena, you are not a cynical idiot. You just have a lot of trust issues that need sorting out, like I once did, but we can help you be better than what you are, and you can truly walk the road to dawn with us," assured Sayaka.

"That's right, Rena. I was a pawn of both the AST, DEM, and Niflheim, but I defected and joined the RGRO, as well as the Warriors of Light. Also, you are a pretty girl, as well as cute, despite your being tsunderiffic, but you are a good person at heart," added Mana.

"I know, but, no matter how much I tried to be more open about myself, I just couldn't form the right words. I got spiteful, rageful, and I almost made myself be a far worse version of Weiss' nightmare self. But I promise to be better, and with all your help, and the kid's more than welcome to help," replied Rena.

"My name is actually Usagi, but I actually like Chibiusa more, Big Sister Rena," smiled Chibiusa.

Riku couldn't help but chuckle, making Rena turn and face him.

"What?" she asked.

"Sorry, but that's the kind of person Chibiusa is. Sure she may be a young girl, who looks to be around six or seven years old, but she's a good girl, and I'd gladly give my life to protect my sister," he replied.

"And I'm also happy to be your little sister, Big Sister Yachiyo," the little girl said to her.

However, Kirito sat down by himself, just as Madoka approached him.

"Um, is it okay if I sit with you, Kirito?" she asked.

"Yeah, I guess it's fine, Madoka. But, seeing all those other Magical Girls like you, Sayaka, Mami, and Kyoko, it actually makes me surprised that you've got a lot more friends who were connected to another version of you, since their from an alternate universe, but the vision of Walpurgisnacht being destroyed by you, and all of us at your side, it inspired them to join us, since they regard both you and Sora as the Heroes of Mitakihara," replied Kirito.

Even as she sat down beside him, he looked distant.

"There's also something else. This whole time I didn't know that the Homura you know, after she became a magical girl, wanted to be your guardian angel. But seeing her pass away actually made us all feel the same way you guys did, after she named you her living legacy. It really reminded me of how much a friend of mine named Sachi fell after we went on a mission together. She knew that I was stronger than her, until everything fell apart. I guess, even after what happened, I still can't forgive myself for her death," he continued.

Madoka gently shook her head at him.

"I'm actually happy you felt the same way Sora and I did, 'cause you're a good person," assured the pinkette.

This made Kirito happy.

"Um, will we meet any new spirits in this world?" Madoka asked.

"Yeah, but we'll always be watching Shido's back, just like he'll be watching our backs, so we better be prepared for that," answered the Dark Knight.

"I… I think that you and the other Warriors of Light are cool, and I'm actually happy to be a Warrior of Light like all you guys," she said.

She wanted to say something, but wasn't sure what to say at the moment.

"You know, even though you're a magical girl, all the bonds you've forged are what make you stronger, and it's thanks to them that your desire to protect everything you cherish, like your friends, your family, and all the plants and animals in every world. Sure your outfit's cute, but despite the consequences you've truly become the Magical Girl of Light, and you even asked Kyubey to grant you your wish of defying every dark destiny that the bad guys have written in the Book of the Stone. I'd be proud to be your big brother, Madoka. That would be cool, 'cause I like having you as a friend," explained Kirito.

"Okay, we will. I promise," smiled Madoka.

Well, ready for more adventures?" he asked.

"Yeah!" she cheered, as Sora turned and looked proudly at the new bond of friendship being forged.

For the first time in his life, he could tell that whenever Kirito was beside Madoka, he could definitely see that this magical girl really did remind him of Silica, the beast tamer, whom he helped in reviving her companion, Pina, back when they played Sword Art Online.

"Even though Madoka has more friends at her side, just like I do, Homura, I have a feeling that she's forged even more bonds with the other magical girls who saw the vision of me vanquishing Walpurgisnacht, the last witch who was once a magical girl like they are. But now, I sense that their doppels, their darkness, has faded away, and I'll always make sure that they're trained to the best of their abilities. Even though your gone, I know that you're part of our hearts, and both Madoka and I are proud to be your living legacy, just like how Cloud is Zack's, even though he got revived by the light of Kingdom Hearts, after the splintered timelines converged to create a brand new Gaia, which was ultimately destroyed by Sephiroth, who now seeks Kingdom Hearts, and wants to control it with his mother, Jenova, at his side. Still, even though you fought off Kurai and were left badly wounded by him after you beat him, it made her realize something about your bond, and that your being with her was what caused her pain. Still, even after what happened between me and Fubuki, we did hold another Shinovi Masters tournament, and despite being victorious, she said that I should be proud to bear the title of Grand Champion, and the Strongest Shinobi of them all. After that, we all made doubly sure that any and all yoma would stay where they belong, behind closed doors. But now I can see that there are some who are as evil as any that'd be ultimately killed, as well as kind and compassionate yoma in that world. But then we met someone who truly shed tears for me, after my daring sacrifice to stop you guys from killing each other off in their clash of beliefs. Also, speaking of Fubuki, she finally named me the rightful sword and shield, as well as the true embodiment of justice itself, even though both she and Miyabi became my rivals, just like Homura did," he explained to them.

"I know what you mean, Sora. And yet, despite what happened, we were all afraid that your death by our hands would lead to me being branded a traitor, and that I'd pay for what I'd done to you by being executed for my crimes, but thankfully, I didn't. The jonin said that what I'd done wasn't my fault. They'd inform the council of my actions, and ensure that the charges would be dropped regardless of what happened. You showed that despite being an unknown being, you helped not just Asuka, but you also helped others understand parts of themselves they never knew they had. Now that I realize that you really are like a reincarnation of my grandfather, I felt like a great heaviness was lifted off my heart, and that hole was slowly filled with the same kind of love that resides in all our hearts. That was the reason why I confessed my true feelings to you," Yumi replied, as she held his hands with her own.

Despite this, both Asuka and Yumi kissed his cheeks, knowing full well that he was indeed that true light that would ensure that nothing would be submerged in the darkness of hate and vengeance. And somewhere in their homeworld, Fubuki would be watching with a proud smile on her face, accepting the belief that Sora and Asuka would ensure that her foster sibling would always be happy at their side.

"By the way, I'm happy you guys are part of Team SKYYYLAARC after you agreed to join forces with us. After all, stopping Jafar from getting Aladdin killed, as well as driving both Hyena and Sephiroth away was one of the most difficult things we had to deal with. Still, after you sensed Vanitas break free, it scared you both to death, until you heard Sailor Moon calling Shido's name out after he and Tohka, now apprentices of the One-Winged Angel, had tried to kill him," he said quietly.

"But like Miku said to you guys, Sora. None of this was actually your fault. Westcott was the one responsible for what he'd done. Also, if we do face him again, we'll be more than ready to make him pay for his crimes, but it won't be out of vengeance," assured Asuka.

"She's right, Sora. We're in this together, until the end. And that's the way it's going to be," agreed Ami.

The other Warriors of Light agreed with them, and the matter was settled. But in time Westcott would surely pay for his crimes, and be dealt with through their own beliefs, rather than out of hate and vengeance, even though Sora still despised him.

"Watch out, Westcott. When we find you, you'd best be sure that your machinations will end after we make certain that your utopia is never created, even if it means we'll be forced to kill you," Sora declared quietly.
