Home Remedy
Summary: A pre-series drabble. Neal is adamant about going ahead with a heist despite being sick. Mozzie offers him his 'own special remedy'.

Neal stared at the museum's schematic diagram. He ran his finger along the highlighted air-conditioning duct work.
"Maybe we should let this one go mon frère?"
"I'm fine Moz." Neal tried to supress the urge to cough and failed.
"It doesn't sound like it to me."
"I'm fine. I'm doing this job. Tonight."
"Then drink this."
"What is it? Urgh! It stinks!"
"It's my own special remedy. Guaranteed to cure that cold of yours."
Neal looked at the vile concoction in Mozzie's hands. "On second thoughts, I think you're right. I'll let this one go."
"Wise decision grasshopper, wise decision."
