"Kacchan?" Deku asked, clutching at Katsuki's hand tightly, eyes shifting toward the looming shadows. "Where are we?"

"Not sure nerd," he lied, "I think we took a wrong turn. You were talking and I got distracted."

"Sorry Kacchan."

"'S fine, look over there." Katsuki gestured at a plain white sign. "Let's duck in there and ask where we are."

Katsuki's eagerness to ask for help set warning alarms off in Deku's head and he stiffened. "Kacchan, we could just retrace-"

"Don't be a pussy Deku, come on."

He pushed the door open, Katsuki's grip on Deku's wrist was like iron as he led the way . He couldn't wait to lead the other by a leash, a leash with a matching collar that was tucked safely in his bag.

"Kacchan I don't-"

"Shut up Deku." Katsuki growled and twisted the other's arm around behind him.

"Ouch! Kacc-"

"I'm back, papers and payment are in the front pocket." Katsuki said, voice traveling beyond Deku and into the smoke filled room.

A woman, lithe as a cat emerged and wove around them, ignoring Deku until she had the contract in hand.

She looked it over then crouched before Deku as he whimpered pathetically, big tears streaming down his face. It made Katsuki's dick so hard he could barely stand it.

"Whats going on…Kacchan…who? Payment? Where-"

"Shhshsh, little one." She cooed, petting his hair with long, soft fingers. Deku was shaking but he didn't struggle. "You're safe now."

"Sa-safe?" Deku squeaked, looking around for a NEW source of danger.

"Oh aren't you precious…" she hummed, sliding a hand down his face, cupping his jaw. "You can let him go, he won't run. He's a good boy."

Katsuki's dick twitched, more urgently this time, and released Deku's arm.

The idiot stumbled forward into the woman, but she caught him in a gentle embrace. He instinctively curled into her, nuzzling his head against her neck, his tears shining like diamonds on her skin.

Madam Beast played idly with his ear, massaging the folds and they seemed to relax under her fingers.

It was an odd sensation that seemed to build but it felt so good. He leaned into it and she purred small words of praise. "Your life has been hard, hasn't it, Little One?"

Deku's big, green eyes looked up at her and he shook his head. "Not with Kacchan there. He keeps me safe. And he's a hero!"

She gave the boy a proud look and kissed the top of his head. "What a lucky pup you are, to have a hero love you so much."

"L-love?!" Deku spluttered, and tried to push away from her.

"Yes, Little One, your Kacchan loves you so much. That is why you are here." Her voice was soothing, like balm on an aching burn. Her hands ran down his spine and the so-good feeling moved with them. It felt incredible, so much so that a tiny moan slipped past his lips.

He didn't want it to stop. It made his mind fuzzy.

Katsuki watched as Deku's body changed under her soft caresses. She spoke to him, reasoned with his mind, kept him distracted as she worked. Her silver tongue had the freckled boy taking off his clothes in a daze.

Deku's shirt slid to the floor and Katsuki nearly gasped as fur began to sprout across his freckled back and his bones began to change, growing smaller, forcing a different posture. Deku didn't even seem to notice.

"Your Kacchan is going to take such good care of you. Your life will be easy. You don't have to worry anymore."

"Kacchan…" Deku moaned, his mouth and tongue feeling forign around the name.

Katsuki watched as Deku's dick fused to his abdomen, how his legs strained to stay standing upright, how his face elongated.

Deku whimpered.

The blond knew it was meant to be words, but he was no longer capable of forming them.

His name had been Deku's last word.

The women lowered Deku's front paws to the ground and steadied him as he wobbled. She took his muzzle in her hand and stroked between his eyes as they drooped contentedly. "Such a good boy." She glanced toward the blond and gave a small, eager nod.

Katsuki took a step toward the massive dog, its fur so dark it looked black. "De-Deku?"

Large, emerald eyes turned to look at Katsuki and blinked slowly. He looked tired, no doubt exhausted from the transformation he had yet to notice. His long, bushy tail wagged lazily. "Look at you, Deku, you're perfect." Katsuki said, his voice much too soft as his fingers finally ran through Deku's fur.

Deku tipped his head, then his eyes rolled to the back of his head and he collapsed. The woman caught him gently and lowered him the rest of the way to the floor.

"You have two months before his higher thought processes fade and thus, two months to change your mind. After that, only his body can be changed, his mind will never return."

"I know the risks," Katsuki said thickly. He dug in his backpack and removed the chestnut leather collar and leash. Then hesitated.

He'd done it. He'd finally done it…

"Take him home. Be kind. Becoming is never easy. But he trusts you, that will help."

Katsuki nodded, placed the collar around Deku's neck and pulled the beast into his arms.

Deku was just as heavy in this form as he was as a human and lugging that much weight around wouldn't have been an issue except Deku kept wiggling and whining in his sleep. People stared at them, worried for Deku and asking if he was ok. It was ironic they cared more for him as a dog than they did as a human.

He waved them off, settled Deku on the floor of the train, then proceeded to stare at him the entire way home, watching him breathe.
