The Ageing Laser Screwdriver:
After witnessing Professor Richard Lazarus experiment of Genetic Manipulation technology. The ,Master had decided to make copies of his laser screwdriver that he'd used on the Doctor before by making him older but he'd reversed back to making people younger . He began selling it to members of the public with the help of Lazarus Laboratories and ally Dick who was an ex friend of the Power Puff Girls creator Professor Utonium along with his mad scientist Professor Prueneta Pluckenitt. The three of them started devising their plan and as a result of this the world could keep everyone staying young with help of the Master's ageing laser screwdriver.
Dick's role was to mass produce the ageing laser screwdriver in his factory. Professor Richard Lazarus helped along with the scientist laboratories by starting to extract strands of the public's DNA. The Master's role was to sell them and show the demonstration of Richard Lazarus' experiment of his Genetic Manipulation technology. After being made at Dick's factory they were packaged and put in shops across the globe.
As the TARDIS drifted through time and space the Doctor along with his assistant Martha Jones a trainee doctor who met the Doctor when the hospital she was working at was stolen by an alien police force called Judoon and was taken to the moon. When all of a sudden the alien alert came up on the screen.
The Doctor was horrified in what he saw.
Martha gazed at him.
"What's wrong Doctor?" Martha asked.
"The Master has made copies of his ageing laser screwdriver with the help of Professor Richard Lazarus by making everyone stay younger" the Doctor explained.
The Doctor set the TARDIS's coordinates to earth as he had to stop the Master before it was too late. They quickly stepped out of the TARDIS.
"We need to find one of these ageing screwdriver!" said the Doctor.
Martha nodded in agreement.
They decided to spilt up and meet back at the TARDIS.
About an hour later they arrived back at the TARDIS. Martha was clutching one of the ageing laser screwdrivers
"They were flying off the shelves like hot cakes. But I managed to retrieve one" Martha said.
" Have a look and check for a maker's label" the Doctor told her.
Martha checked the box.
"Ah ha! I found it!" she said excitedly.

"Come on! We need to get to CityVille now!" said the Doctor.
Martha agreed with the shake of the head.
The Doctor set the TARDIS's coordinates for CityVille and they arrived there within minutes.
They stepped out of the TARDIS.
"Look there, on top of the mountain that must where they're being made!" exclaimed Martha.
The Doctor and Martha made their way to the factory. They soon reached there and crept inside and peered through a window watching the ageing laser screwdrivers being made.
"Come on, follow me I have an idea!" the Doctor told Martha.
The Doctor and Martha entered the room where the ageing laser screwdrivers being made.
"What on earth are you doing in my factory!" roared Dick.
The Doctor in an instant pulled out his psychic paper from his suit jacket pocket.
Dick stared at it.
"You're from the product standards agency" said Dick.
"Yes I am, and this is my colleague Martha Jones" he said.
"I understand that there's a faulty with the screwdriver you see and you must stop production immediately!" the Doctor said sternly.
Dick nodded and began switching off the machines.
" My boss wasn't told about this!" Dick answered.
"Who's you're boss?"Martha queried.
" The Master!" Dick replied.
"Why don't you give him a call" the Doctor suggested.
Dick agreed.
Soon enough the Master arrived.
"Oh look who it is! The Doctor!" said the Master.
"You need to destroy those screwdrivers!" Martha told him.
"Why should I? I'm making people happy!" the Master responded.
"You'll end up destroying the human race and people's lives" the Doctor explained.
The Master laughed at the Doctor and Martha.
"Well if you're not going to stop it then I will!" roared the Doctor.
With that the Doctor and Martha raced to the TARDIS.
"No Doctor! Doctor!" yelled the Master.
The Doctor set the TARDIS coordinates to Professor Lazarus Laboratories. The Doctor met up with Professor Richard Lazarus and explained to him that his new experiment would one day destroy humanity and the world.
After hearing this from the Doctor Richard Lazarus scrapped his experiment altogether and as a result of this the earth and human race were saved. The Master couldn't believe that the Doctor had foiled his plans and cursed him and vowed to seek his revenge.
