We all go a bit mad sometimes...

A/N: Don't get me wrong...I love my Drakkie-poo... (Draco: Call me that again and I'll feed you to Fluffy. OQ: Oh, you would not.)...but sometimes he's just so fun to torture. Also, since I'm still sort of a beginner at this whole writing thing, please be gentle! ^_^; Oh, and just as a warning, this will probably get rather silly and there's definitely some shounen-ai/slash/whateverthebloodyhellyouwanttocallit in this (in other words, it's guy/guy romance). So, um, yeah....onward!
************************CHAPTER 1************************
Draco Malfoy sat silently in Double Potions. It was his 6th year at Hogwarts, yet he still hadn't managed to ensnare the one person he wanted more than anyone into his love trap. 'Damn you and your feminine wiles, Potter!' he thought to himself bitterly. He couldn't seem to keep Potter out of his mind, no matter what he tried. As if that weren't bad enough, he had to sit through Double Potions watching Potter making googly eyes at bloody Pansy Parkinson. 'WHY BLOODY PANSY?!' Malfoy raged silently to himself. 'HOW COULD HE POSSIBLY BE ATTRACTED TO /THAT/?!' Little did Malfoy know that Potter wasn't making googly eyes at Pansy, but at the picture of the Quidditch World Cup on the wall behind her. What that picture was doing in Snape's dungeon, no one knows, but there it was.
.
However, as previously stated, Draco was wholly unaware of this tiny tidbit of information, and therefore found himself brooding throughout every Potions (okokok, 'Double Potions', sheesh...) class, trying to find a way to win Potter over. It had gotten to the point where Snape actually began taking points away from Slytherin due to Malfoy's inattenti... inattenta.... um.... inattentitivene.... uh(crap, I can't spell!).... not paying attention, and people were becoming suspicious. Draco, however, noticed neither of these things as he continued in his quest to make Potter his.
.
One day, Draco noticed a distinct change. Potter was now looking at Pansy forlornly. Now, while everyone else knew that this was because he was actually staring at the blank wall where his precious picture of the Quidditch World Cup had been before Snape tore it down, our dear Draco Malfoy was still oblivious to the fact that it had been there in the first place. He, instead, took this to mean that Pansy had rejected Harry. Plans to catch the Gryffindor seeker on the rebound quickly began formulating in the blonde's mind until he came up with a foolproof one and stood up in triumph, causing everyone (including our dear Professor Snape) to blink at him in confusion as though he'd gone mad. Draco threw back his head, laughing insanely until he realised the whole class was staring at him and sat down, blushing wildly.
************************END CHAPTER 1************************
A/N: Ah, nothing like those abrupt endings my sister is so good at specialising in.(I LUV U, ELS-CHAN!!!) So, anyway, what's Draco's plan? Will he succeed? Will he fail? Will he get sent to an institution? Review and let me know what you think so far so that I can get the next part out! Thanks!
