"Yeah!"
"Oh yeah?"
"Yeah!"
"WOULD YOU TWO QUIT FIGHTING!!!"
Ash and Misty, whom were fighting about God-knows-what, turned to their older companion. "I swear," Brock said, folding his arms in frustration, "you two really need to chill out."
"I will when he admits he's wrong!" said Misty, turning to Ash and flicking his nose.
"Ow! For your information, you're wrong!" Ash said, rubbing his nose.
"Oh, you think you can prove your point by underlining 'you're'? Well you're wrong!" Misty retorted.
This was more than Brock could take. As Ash and Misty continued their
squabble, Brock slowly walked over to a tree stump and sat down on it.
He looked up at the sky and sighed. When Ash and Misty fought this badly,
he knew there was one thing to cheer himself up. He opened his mouth and
slowly started to sing the song he wrote in his mind...
A winter's day
On a long and hard training journey
With Ash and Misty fighting, wish I was alone,
Just me and all my rock-type Pokemon
I am a Brock
I am a trainer
My rice balls
You might think they are donuts
But I know what I have made
I have no need to open up my eyes so I can see
Even with them closed the world is clear to me
I am a Brock
I am a trainer
Don't talk of love
I've never gotten girls before
My failure's etched in my memory
Police officer Jenny treats me like a little boy
And I'm unhappy 'cause I can't get any Joy
I am a Brock
I am a trainer
I have my Onix
And my Geodude to protect me
They are sealed in my Pokeballs
Hidden in my pack, when I call them back
Team Rocket's thieving holds no fear for me
I am a Brock
I am a trainer
And a Brock feels no pain, and a trainer never cries
"...YEOW!!!" Brock yelled as he leaped into the air and started running around in circles. It turned out the tree stump he was sitting on was a hideout for red fire ants. Ash and Misty stopped their battle of words and turned to Brock, whom was running around slapping at his butt.
"Oh great..." Misty groaned.
"Wow, third time this week." Ash said.
"Pikachu." said the small yellow mouse on Ash's shoulder.
A/N: Well, what do you think? This song is a parody of "I Am A Rock" by Simon and Garfunkel. I guess this is kind of a song fic... not sure... anywho... um... Let me know what you think!
