Which Was The Greater Loss?
by Ranma Inverse
-an attempt at a poem-

Now adays, one can expect only solitude.
No friends passing by, no friendly fued.
Nothing except thoughts,
of what might or could have been.

As wrong as it could be,
as though I may have sinned.
This man was called 'the sinner'
and so he too has sinned.

Though Clari and my mother would despise
him to the core.
I cannot help but launch out for these new feelings,
to explore.

He is dead though I still live,
So unlike the one I thought I loved,
In a box.
He is trapped and he is dead.
Which is the greater loss?

Is it love or lust,
Truth or sin?
On the outside,
or the real feelings within?

Pandora's Box,
The smile like a fox,
One trapped, One dead.
Which is the greater loss?

Which is the greater loss?
Which is the greater loss?

I truly wonder,
what if he who is dead,
was the greater loss?
