An Arrow's Path
Soft and Slick
Yet Strong and True
Is an arrow's stick
While bringing enemies
To their knees
Through the trees
Whispering to the birds
For the to flee
As many animals do
Moving on
It pierces the heart of one
And stays there 'til dawn
Unless it's journey is not done
But continues on and on
Others follow in its path
For oh, so long
And to anyone who can do the Math
They'll see
The heroes won!
Thanks for reading, please review and don't be too harsh this is my first poem to do with the Lord of the Rings.
