[Disclaimer: Lyrics by NiN, song called La Mer off 'The Fragile'. Wonderful stuff. :D Now, I am getting tired of Daine...sooo...yeah...read.]
+And when the day arrives.+
Daine could do nothing more than dwell. Dwell upon her blind idiocy and Numair. She should have known a man like him, with the hunger of a wanton, would never stay. She should have seen the signs, should have have investigated his frequent trips to the Queen. The Queen, that whore. Now she was going to fix it. Oh yes, she'd fix it she thought with a mad cackle. Almost there now. She crested the steep incline of the cliff trail, passing no one to question the disillusioned and somewhat doped up girl. The girl with smokey blue eyes and disheveled brown curls. She had previously visited an opium den, thinking the drugs would help her keep her descision. She peeked over the ledge, arms spreading, enjoying the feel of the wind.
+I'll become the sky.+
Daine then flew. Flew in a way unlike that of merlins and hawks. This flying brought a sense of joy and freedom that lapped theirs. Plumeting ever downward, eyes closing at the hit of water against skin.
+And I'll become the sea.+
She floundered for but a moment, embracing numbness. A numbness which took pain away forever, drowning along with her body.
+And the sea will come to kiss me.+
+For I am going+
+Home+
Verdalidaine Sarrasri welcomed the forms of her Ma, Da, and even that of the Black God, sad thought they were.
+Nothing can stop me...+
She was home. Away from pain. Away from emotions.
Away from life.
[MUAHAHA! She's DEAD! I KILLED HER! DEAD DEAD DEAD! Lol...anywho...flames are okay..they don't bug me. I hope you enjoyed! Heehee...I also destroyed Thayet in the process. Review please.]
