Author's Note: The idea of this came from both Pokemon and the Castlevania N64 game. This I actually made in my Writing Through Litterature class and got an 'A' for it. But other than me, the narrator, the other characters belong to their rightful owners. Otherwise, enjoy.

The Rose Garden

I was walking in a luxurious garden filled with roses, like iris', daffodils, and other sweet smelling flowers. My feet tapped lightly against the red brick walk as I came to the towards the main area of the rose garden.

The roses were a striking red color as I gazed at them. There seemed something strange about the roses, though. A gut feeling told me something wasn't right with these roses, but my mind couldn't figure it out.

I felt a slight shove as a woman with golden color hair dressed in a low-cut red dress moved into the area that I was in. Her dark blue eyes seemed calming but yet, soulless. She had a silver iron watering basin in her hands as she looked at me for a moment and then her gazed shifted back to the roses.

"You must move, I need to water these white roses," she spoke as she tipped the iron basin.

"White roses? Confusion filled my mind but soon cleared as I saw a red fluid pour onto the roses from the water basin. It finally clicked in my mind. "Blood?"

The woman turned to face me. "Why yes. You should know that this garden is connected to the castle where vampires and demons lure."

My hazel eyes blinked. "Castle? Vampires and demons?! Where did the come from?! How the hell did I end up in here and not notice that?!"

"Most mortals don't. I suggest you leave this place quickly for this garden is to attract our food." The woman pointed at me when she spoke the word food.

"Uh....sure. Um, where's the exit?"

"Through these doors. Also, see if you can return this to a boy with a red and white hate who wears a jacket that contains blue and white colors," she handed me a hard red and white ball. "He left it in here by mistake when he wandered in here as well. Don't shake it though. It says strange words and makes me sleepy every time." With those words, the golden hair woman disappeared right before my eyes.

My eyes blinked and as I turned on my heel and walked towards the exit. "Alright....thank you, whoever you were."

Just before I reached the pavement that was before the exit, the curiosity within my mind plagued me to try to figure out what was in the ball the vampire woman gave me. I gave it a hard shake and placed it close to my ears as I heard a faint singing.

"Jiggly-puff..."
