Strange Times

San Francisco

I sit here and watch and wonder how the world got so jumbled up. If they only new what was really going
on around them. Why can't they see? I used to ask myself that question when this all started three years
ago, but now I know the answer. The reason that they can't see is because they don't want to admit the
truth to themselves. They are all so involved in their little existence to realize that they are loosing and they
don't even know what they are loosing. It's the most vital thing that we all share and treasure or at least we
should. So, I will sit here on my little chair outside of a café and sip my Dr.Pepper and try to think of a way
to save the world.
Same day
"Sasha, don't be this way". Turning on her heals She looked right at Cash. "Don't be this way, you know
what Cash, I am tired of all this shit".
" What's that suppose to mean" Cash stated.
" It means I don't care anymore it's over between us. I just can't do it anymore".
" Sasha, please"."
No Cash it's over". Before Cash could get another word in Sasha was all ready storming off down the
crowded sidewalk.
I don't have anyone. As, Sasha walled Aimlessly this is all she thought about over and over in her head.
That she was alone with no boyfriend and even worse no family. Julian, and I can't even relate hell were
not even on the same page, my well say, not in the same book for that matter. To get to the point I'm just
walking around with no destination in mind. As she kept on walking she noticed couples and families
walking down the sidewalk and every few minutes they would stop to window shop. Sasha scanned the streets and
wished that she never got embraced. " It's not like I had a choice," she said ever so quietly.
Still glancing over the people leisurely taking their time shopping her eyes stopped at a girl setting in front
of café. Sasha, looked both ways making sure that there were no cars coming before she made her way
across the street. She kept thinking that she should know her, but with that cup in front of her face she
could not get a good look at her. She seemed that she was lost in her thoughts. Now standing her front of
her I could not believe who was sitting down in front of me. "Isabelle". With that said, the young looking
lady looked up into the eyes of her older sister.
