This was written in memory of the lovely couple- Cole and Phoebe. I know that many hardcore fans have already heard about Julian leaving Charmed, episode twenty will be his last. I have written this sweet little fanfic to always remember what a great couple they were.

You Belong To Me Forever

Phoebe Halliwell sat in a chair, her legs draped over the arm of it. A smile played on her lips as she read the bitterweet romance novel that was given to her in High School by her oldest sister, Prue. The book brought a get-a-way to her hectic world, and therefore she was remained undisturbed. Phoebe was aware of everything going on around her, more specifically her fiance Cole sitting across the room from her, watching her every move.

She was suddenly pulled out of her trance when a chapter ended and she had to comment, "That's so sweet!"

"The way you look when you're concentrating on something? I agree.", Cole quickly said.

"No. But you are sweet, too." She kissed the air as if he were sitting right next to her. "Shawn just told Emily that he loves her."

"I do that everyday. I never get a 'That's so sweet!'!"

"That's because Shawn and Emily are best friends and Shawn is leaving for the war. The one with Pearl Harbor in it..."

"Word War II?"

"Yeah, that's it!"

Cole laughed at his lover. "You realize that you have a very little attention span, don't you?'

"Of course I do." She turned the page to start the new chapter and Cole went back to watching her read.

"Hey, Phoebe?"

She looked up, the light from the window in back of her flooding around her face. A tiny whisp of hair fell in front of her face and her eyes concentrated on her lover, conveying passion and confusion. "Yah?"

"I love you."

She half-smiled at him and said, "I love you, too."

"I love you. And I will always love you. Nothing can ever change that."

Phoebe's eyes suddenly got a little teary, salty little droplets falling from her brillant chesnut eyes. "That sounds so familiar."

"You said it to me. Remember? And then you said that you couldn't take that risk for you or your sisters. That is was too dangerous for us to be together."

"Yeah, well. Shows how much I know." She stood up and walked over to where Cole sat. She took a seat on his lap and placed her arms around his neck, his fitting comfortably around her waist. "I love you, Cole. And I will always love you. Nothing can ever change that."

"You know, you belong to me forever. Never again will I leave you."

"And you belong to me forever. I will never, ever leave you. We were meant to be."

He kissed her lightly, his moist lips touching hers, and for a breif moment he could taste Phoebe's lip gloss, wild cherry. He broke away and said, "I had hoped as much..."
