"There were these two cops we used to work with not so long ago" Ty Davis started as he leaned
back in the car.

Rookie Gary Roberts had asked if there were any good partner stories going - he seemed
fascinated by the relationships between partners he'd seen out and about, particularly Sully
and Ty, he'd been out with them the most.

And now they were on a stake out that was boring them silly. Roberts was starting to fidget
and Ty was glad of the question, maybe it would occupy him for a bit.

"Yeah?" Roberts leaned forward encouraging Ty to go on.

"Yeah. Real good partners. I mean, they bickered and got on each others nerves, but they were
best friends and always backed each other up - in every way. They taught me a lot, but in very
different ways."

"And?"

Ty stretched out his arms slightly in front of him, he was desperate for his coffee which Sully
had popped off to get, but knowing Sully he'd probably kicked back with his own drink in the
coffee bar, conveniently pushing his partner and the rookie still in the car temporarily out of
his mind.

"Well," Ty continued "They had their fair share of ups and downs, individually and together,
but they always came through together and stronger. They also provided this kind of amusement
for everyone else, ya know with their bickering and stuff. Plus, Bosco - he was all hot headed.
He got himself into all kindsa crap because he just charged in without thinking. Used to drive
Sully mad. Where as Faith, she was level headed and calm, and the only one who could ever
control him when he went off. She always seemed to understand what he was thinking and feeling,
even when nobody else had a clue. And he was the only person I ever saw her lean on the same way
everyone leant on her."

"What happened?" Ty looked over at the rookie and smiled when he realised he had his full
attention. That was no easy task.

"He got into ESU and she married him." Ty finished off with a smile.
