Part 2- Hermione.
Hermione woke with a start. Someone or something was tapping on the wibndow!
Quickly Hermione got out of bed and she ran over to the window to find that there was nothing there.
What had it been?
She sat down on the windowsill and stared out the window. It was half past two in the morning. In a few short hours she would be starting her fifth year at Hogwarts School for witchcraft and wizardry. She knew that she had a big day ahead of her and that she should get some sleep, but Hermione didn't feel remotely tired.
In fact, she could help but thinking about somebody –Harry.
Yes she knew she was going out with Krum and she had had a really nice him at his home in Bulgaria but for some strange reason she couldn't get Harry out of her head. (La la la…. sorry)
Hermione wondered if Harry ever thought about her the way she did about him. The thought of that made her quiver slightly as she sat there in coldness. She would be seeing Harry in nine short hours. Sure it will be great to see Ron as well but Harry had a more special place in her heart at the moment. Her and Ron always fought a lot and she was the one who apologized first.
And she and Harry hadn't had as many tiffs as she had had with Ron. No, even thought she like them BOTH a lot, she liked Harry better.
Or did she just LIKE Harry?
Hermione pondered the question. Did she, love Harry? Or was it just a little fling?
She had been thinking about Harry a lot lately. Ever since, the third task.
At first she thought it was because she was worried about him. And she was, but after a while, her feeling slowly changed.
Yes, she said to herself, Yes I do love harry.
As Hermione said this to herself, sudden warmth of joy came across her whole body. She felt happy but at the same time, a little worried.
She wondered if Harry loved her. If he has ever dreamt about her. Anything at all.
Hermione suddenly smiled.
She remembered how she had kissed harry on their last day of school when they were back at Kings Cross Station. Even though it was only a peck on the cheek, it felt good all the same.
She wished she could kiss harry goodnight now.
Hermione suddenly spotted the picture of Harry on her bookshelf. He was smiling nicely and winking every now and then. Slowly, without thinking, Hermione went over to the photo, picked it up and kissed it. There she had left a big, wet red lipstick kiss mark. He winked at her.
"Goodnight Harry, my love," she said dreamily as she got back into bed and fell asleep.
