I Called Them

Disclaimer: If I owned all this, I'd be rich and wouldn't be wasting time writing fanfiction for free.
A/N: This is my first LotR's piece...I'm having a little trouble getting started, so I wrote this. It's Pippin (If y'all can't figure that one out on your own) while he's traveling with the Orcs in the beginning of the Two Towers. I imagine that traveling with those filthy creatures would just bring awful thoughts to ones mind.
****
So it is all my fault...it really is. I called those Orcs...the cave troll....that demon. I did not mean too, how am I too help it if I am curious?
"Fool of a Took! Throw yourself in next time and rid us of your stupidity!"
Gandalf blaimed me. He all but said so. I am also sure that Frodo blaims me for what later became the wizard. He speaks little to me now..and I can see it in his face. The look of almost loathing. I did not choose this. I promised Frodo I would stand by him-but what of my promise when Frodo no longer wants me by him.
And then Boromir...I am sure if one thought about it long enough, his death would also be my fault. He was slain defending me. Why would anyone try to defend me? It would be utter stupidity. And then he was killed. Mercilessly.
It is not Boromir's fault IT took him. IT almost took me as well. There were times when you could see it in any of us, the longing, the ideas forming. Even Gandalf. Sometimes even Frodo would sucumb to IT's will. Boromir could not help that he was man. That he was weak.
But perhaps it would not have been a point at all if Gandalf had survived that fall to continue with us. If I had not been so curious. So stupid.
"Fool of a Took! Throw yourself in next time and rid us of your stupidity!"
Maybe next time I will Gandalf. Maybe next time I will.
