Tori walked into the room to begin her Final...when she walked out she was still confident in her abilities...and she had passed. Yoda gave the ok for her to take a mission. It was near the same Mission that her father had...but hers was more dangerous. She grinned as she said, "Master Yoda...thank you!"
"Yourself you should thank! Passed the final yourself, you did!" the funny little green Jedi said, smiling, "A great jedi you will be..."
"Yes great," Mace Windu put in, "Greater perhaps, than even Qui-Gon Jinn"
"But Father said that nobody could be greater than his old master!" Tori exclaimed.
"Mmm.." agreed Yoda, "Always in Motion is the future...greater than Qui-Gon, you may well be."
"Yes Master Yoda." Tori nodded and bowed, then she turned to walk away to begin her mission.
~~~~~~~Back on the ship with Obi-Wan and Anakin~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Anakin walked up to Obi-Wan and asked softly, "Where's Tori Master?"
"She has been called back to the Academy." Obi-Wan replied...not bothering to say why...it was well known that Tori was a super Jedi and Yoda favored her...
"Will she pass?" Anakin asked...but even as he felt happiness for his best friend his heart began to hate her...jealousy began to grow in him and he had to struggle not to show any of it to his Master.
"I think she will." Obi-Wan Replied. "She's always been great at the skills that the Finals are based on." He turned and layed a hand on Anakin's shoulder. "Your time will come my young Apprentice...you will be called in and I will return with you to help you."
"Don't do me any favors Master..." Anakin said softly, "You left your daughter and my best friend to fend for herself on the finals to stay and remain with me...I will face them alone as well!"
"No!" Obi-Wan said Sharply, "Tori has the spirit to...but the finals will make you face your worst fear! And if you don't conquer it...then you will perish! Not to mention the sacrafice you must make! Mine was Qui-Gon or have you forgotten that?!"
"Not forgotten, I could never forget Qui-Gon!" Anakin shouted and ran into his quarters to build something...he couldn't stand it when Obi-Wan brought up Qui-Gon...when he looked up he saw that someone was standing in his room..."Who are you?" he asked.
"I am your future..." replied the cloaked figure...
