Disclaimer: I don't own anything but the storyline (much to my regret).
Hold me close
Baby please
Tell me anything
But that you're gonna leave
As I kiss this falling tear
I promise you I will be here
Abroad for an undetermined length of time? She could strangle Une for sending him out, and possibly missing their first Valentine's together. Why did he have to be so good? He was ruining her plans! Dinner, ice-skating, and then she was going to play the piano for him (which was quite a hurdle because she hated playing in front of people).
They shared one last kiss before he boarded the plane. As soon as the plane had left her view, she already missed him and couldn't wait for him to come back. There was a journal he kept just for her. Each entry was more or less a love letter to her; Heero always scored major brownie points when he came home.
'Til the stars fall from the sky
'Til I find a reason why
And darling as the years go by
'Til there's no tears left to cry
'Til the angels close my eyes
And even if we're world apart
I'll find my way back to you my heart
Snow started to fall just as she stopped working. Shutting the drawer to her cherry wood desk, Relena walked to the window and pulled back the drapes. The lights on the ground that illuminated the mansion shone on the lightly falling snow making the sky absolutely beautiful.
'Please let him be safe,' she wished before she went to bed. The stars were abundant and the one she happened to wish on was exceptionally bright tonight.
When you go
I'll stop the clock
I won't ever let this moment stop
Time is stealing you from me
But it can never take this memory
She dreamed of their Christmas together just a few months ago. He'd taken her to Paris, and together they braved a carriage ride in the falling snow.
The flames in the fireplace died down to a cool glow, and just before she fell into a deep slumber, she could feel a pair of warm arms pull her towards safety and warmth.
'Til the stars fall from the sky
'Til I find a reason why
And darling as the years ho by
'Til there's no tears left to cry
'Til the angels close my eyes
And even if we're world's apart
I'll find my way back to you by heart
Ok… so the song really has no relevance…. I just wanted to set the mood (yeah right, I just liked the song….). Next is 'Love of My Life' from a certain male's p.o.v. There will be another one 'Valentine' which hopefully will be out by Valentine's….and if you haven't already guessed these are all Jim Brickman songs (who's an awesome pianist).
